Wanted to send packages internationally. She happily replied “we don’t do that here.” Husband went a few months earlier for a money order. Her reply was same. What’s the point of a full service post office that doesn’t provide full service?

I had to call this branch because my mail went missing since the USPS central location kept transferring me to this branch. I talked to three different people and kept receiving different answers. It was 2 hours of going back and forth between this branch and the USPS customer service line. There is no accountability even though I paid for USPS tracking.

They are always very rude here. They behave is if you are bothering them by being in there. The icing on the cake is that multiple people I know have mailed checks at this location, only to have them stolen and washed. The Postal Police have known this for years, but nothing has changed. They'll tell you "it got lost in the mail." This location has a training and theft issue that is not being addressed.
