They steal packages here .I shipped three packages at the same time only one got shipped and the other was saying that it never got delivered to the usps I called and they made a case but still never resolved it .spent hours on the phone with machine and a guy called back and said he saw it at warehouse and marked it as resolved refund me but never sent out my package or returned to me it’s been a month

Have post offices really fallen this far? I wanted to return one small thing and had a prepaid shipping label already made. They tell me i have to put it in an envelope or small box to mail it. "Ok, do u guys have one?" No, the only thing they have is a bubble mailer i have to buy. Then they tell me i have to cut the label and tape it to the package. " ok, do you have scissors and tape?" No. So i have to go back when i do that. I will never be going back to that location

For several months, this location has been closing early on Fridays. Sometimes it's for no reason. Sometimes they put up a bogus sign on the door. In any case, if you come here between 5-7 on a Friday when they advertise that they are open you are guaranteed to be disappointed. They decided to give themselves an early weekend, every weekend. Call the postal inspector so this doesn't continue.

1. The automated postal machine in the outer lobby is where you should go for anything you possibly can. It's brilliant when it works.2. The tellers are mostly very poor with customers; some worse than others. I saw one call the police on this poor guy because he got mad at the teller for making him stand in line so he could ask a teller whether or not he should be standing in line for the service he needed. (!) And the line is inevitably long, and slow.3. The few times I have spoken to a manager (whom the tellers will make you show your ID to them before they'll even call a manager for you), the manager has been mostly very pleasant and helpful. But why they can't have any influence on the behavior of their tellers is a failing.4. I Have had mail that was sent to me marked "RETURN TO SENDER-UNKNOWN ADDRESS" and sent back, for absolutely no reason whatever. This has happened more than once. There is no explanation.5. I use USPS Informed Delivery, so I can see what is supposed to be delivered each day (actually each following day, or sometimes days later). I use it because sometimes mail that they have shown has arrived at the post office never makes it to my mailbox. This has happened more than once. There is no explanation.

I went there early in the morning, asking them where are my mails ? I haven’t receive any mail from three weeks ago . I contacted through email and nothing resolved about this issue. It is not the first time . It is happening since last year. The office did not care about. They are losing many important mails and packages.

If you are moving to an address serviced by this post office, reconsider your move. I'm not kidding.As I write this, I haven't received any mail in 2 weeks despite multiple important mail items being sent to me and listed on my USPS Informed Delivery messages. This isn't a rare occurrence. I often experience multiple week+ periods where I don't receive a single piece of mail. Going into this post office hasn't helped one bit. I say "I haven't gotten any mail in 2 weeks" and the response is "you'll get it tonight. NEXT". Next day, no mail. Return and ask the same thing and get shut down again and again. I try to argue and it goes nowhere. I missed important tax documents on my tax filing deadline last near, and multiple checks sent to us have been lost in the mail.If you rely on mail for checks like we do, then this post office will reduce your quality of life and you should think twice. I am moving away soon, and it actually brings me joy to not need to deal with this post office again for the rest of my life.

the reviews seem overwrought. i got here on a tuesday at 2pm. The line was around 3 people, took maybe 15 minutes or less. the clerk had people set the prepaid packages on the counter and between customers she would toss them in a bin behind the counter. the customer service wasnt smiles and sunshine but perfectly fine for a staff thats overworked.

The worst post office ever. The “passport lady” told us “guess what, I have my passport and you do not”, she didn’t want to do her job and her excuse was she is “busy working for two people in the back.” She said do not play with me , come and get me. She wanted to fight my 17 year old daughter. A man with a little baby came in with an appointment. She also made an excuse for him and pretty much kicked him out. I have never experienced something like this in my life.

Fast service with parking. With that being said, I would not trust this branch on properly handling expedited passports or passports period not if you don't have 6 months before travel anyway.I ordered (renewing) my son's passport on 11/13/15 and paid expediting fees and the USPS "PROCESSING FEES" to get the passport in 2 weeks. I received an email on 11/30 that the passport documents were incomplete (missing a copy of my I.D.) and that I would need to go to the USPS location where I applied. I got there and the girl that was "helping" me said that I had to mail this and they would mail me the passport as soon as they received it! I told this woman I was leaving SUNDAY and did not have time to wait for the passport to be mailed. She said, " I did not do your passport and I don't know what to tell you" She kept saying that if I mail this I will get the passport mailed to me. After passing on the fact I told her we are leaving this Sunday.Then this woman came out and started insulting me by saying THINK THINK pointing at her head. I said THINK WHAT? She said think think it's the GOVT. POLICY. WELL THINK THINK incompetence is not the GOVT. fault it's the facility and lack of training. The fact that she would also insult me is beyond belief in front of a bunch of customers. I travel frequently and I know what documents I gave her and she gave me a processing fee, and a receipt and was told 2 weeks. And why would it take so long to advise that they are missing anything? Also, beware of the fact that you will be advised that you will not get your money refunded if you go to the US consulate in Dearborn and get a passport the next day because THIS ONE HAS TO COME THROUGH THE MAIL.The service is atrocious. Why does the USPS continue to employ the slowest, lazy, incompetent, rudest people, I don't know. So many people out there would appreciate the job that they have. Not only they are rude but no one is accountable for any issues. They are just employees drawing a paycheck with a lack of interest or care for their jobs.If you're gonna pay to get your passport expedited you might as well go downtown. So, they told me the GOVT is taking my money and will not refund it. So." due to the USPS not "processing" it properly and getting the documents sent out, I can't get a refund and have to just sit and say " Oh, OK. It's only$$$. I did not get an email till over 2 weeks past the expedition time that they were missing something. What a scam.

If I could give a zero I would. Rude people and we never receive our mail. Always gets returned back to the sender. Every other mail carrier gets our mail delivered leaving me to believe our mail carrier is simply incompetent.

This is the worst post office in the entire city. It's always understaffed, and it can take you half an hour of standing in line just to send one letter. The passport folks are almost never in.Also, if you don't fill out a form, or if you didn't know you had to fill out a form, the staff behind the counter will laugh at you, and are extremely rude as they try and explain it to you.

Worst place ever, I've been waiting for a package forever and they said the delivery location was locked which is not true because I received Amazon and Walmart packages on the same day. Then when you call them to reschedule the delivery they don't pick up the phone. Horrible. Won't recommend to anyone ????
