The employee quickly and easily handled my UK shipment, which was something three clerks at other branches (two at 540 N. Dearborn and one at 3024 N. Ashland) couldn’t figure out. She was also kind and warm. Also, it's small, not crowded, and easy to get in and out of.

Toni is a Gem. One of the better USPS locations in Chicago.

They were very nice and efficient. No self serve kiosk in this location. Paid parking meter / street parking only.

This isn’t the most impressive post office in Chicago but it’s convenient and usually empty when I visit. Dropping off pre labeled packages is super easy too.

This is truly the best post office I’ve encountered. The woman who works the desk is always so kind and helpful and the line moves quick.

Showed up at 1.03pm, technician was locking the door in front, posting on the door Lunch until 2.30pm. Wondering if only one person was working at the location and if she was taking hour and half lunch break.
