Just moved over here. And now they have stolen my package. It was very calculated and im absolutely disgusted that I will no longer be able to ship packages to my HOME. Yall are absolutely disgusting.

If I could leave no stars I would the level of shear incompetence that the mail carriers in North Lawndale possess is astounding. Packages come up missing mail delivered late or not at all. Then customer service is no help as they give you the run around when you attempt to file a claim on an insured package. I guess this is why people invest in PO Boxes or have their mail held at the post office.

I was initially frustrated and my package was 2 days late and getting it delivered was full of confusion, but when I came in they took my name and number and address and my package arrived an hour later. This location seems high stress and pretty thankless, so just a shoutout to my gals today for getting me what I needed. Thanks!

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN AGAIN!!!!! , my package said it was picked up at the usps facility when I was at work today , makes no sense since I was at work but I was just hoping that meant it was delivered at home , I got home and checked and I had no packages , I checked the cameras carefully today and mail carrier came for mail for my neighbors upsatairs but not for me , this is not the first time I’ve hade problems with this exact location , this problem never EVER happened at my old address with a different usps location . I’m very upset because I ordered jewelry and was hoping that this would not happen . I heard this location opens packages steals a lot , not only me but plenty of my neighbors have had packages stolen by having them change to being picked up at facility then getting “lost” at this facility . How is this facility even still open

It is not enough people working to help out, the line be so long sometimes, and the older women go soooo slow, some of the younger ones too,. When they walk off to go get your package, talk about a turtle walk!

Any time I’m expecting something important, like a paycheck or tax documents or a passport, it never arrives. I seem to get all my junk mail, though. Highly suspicious. That said, even though they don’t answer the phone, if you go to the post office in person, they’re very friendly and helpful.

PO will not deliver any large or heavy package. Does not leave notice that package must be picked up at PO. UPS is the way I go. PO is totally unreliable.

The p post office has lost just about every important thing I’ve ever mailed to or from this location. My Drivers License and children’s IDs never arrived, collectively. We all know the huge problem that creates on the black web.

I wish I could take away the 1 star I see so many people having problems with these people at this post office so sorry everybody has to go through what they going through and the mail delivery as well and I know they are reading somewhere that has to do with the postal service. They are disrespectful, rude, loud they lie about why that delivery person dont want to deliver to address but they still deliver in that neighborhood they don't care but if they were in this situation like any of the people on here they would want to be treated wit respecet especially it they are being nice they will feel the same way they dont care about the disable the elderly when they decide to stop the mail delivery at an address get a shuttle bus to go to these addresses to pick up these people so they can come get there mail because not every elderly or disable person can get there and some can't afford those high p.o boxes and some mail cant be delivered to p.o boxes. They lazy dont do their job and the reason why they don't do there job is because they don't have to because the managers there not doing his job when it comes to them you'll think they'll try to better this post office so pretty much everybody cool thereSo it's not going to be fixed they gonna have their job forever and find ways to not get people their mail and guess what they want a job but don't want to do the job it's sad because nobody's going to do anything I thought stealing people mail is a government offense well I guess it only apply to citizen not the workers it's sad this hasn't been investigated or just get a whole new crew but it's in a black neighborhood so nobody cares but it's sad because it be your own people who treat you any kind of way can't come together and try to help just make things worse and I know somebody see this 1.5 star and they just not gone do nothing sad sad sad somebody with some type of heart or authority please read reviews and see it's not the citizens it's the postal workers we just really want our mail that's all

Don't greet you when you arrive at the window. Bad customer service. Unprofessional. Wrong line of business to work in when you're displaying that type of attitude
