I live on Talman Ave. Chicago, IL. 60629, Most of the time when I am getting a delivery to my apt. the carrier never ring my door bell and doesn't leave either a label or a note. I am very trier of the service that they give it very bad and I request that they change the carrier . this is a constant problem that I'm having I always get a lot of mail deliver to my address because I do business from home. P.S. I am always home and when I get packages from UPS and FedEx they ring my door bell and I get my package from them all the time. So I know that the carrier has a problem with me.

This usps is ridiculous they’re not delivering my mail or packages on time u barely see them on this block where I live we get mail here like every 4 days bills and checks come piled up late in the mail these are the worst laziest mail carriers around who needs to be fired Asap!!!

They are thieves they stole my package. I have a ring camera the time it was marked as delivered no one was there.

I put on my package that I paid $21.95 for priority shipping, to be mailed to Taylorsville, UT 84123.
It was sent to Salt Lake City, UT 84123.
It had Christmas gifts.
I should be refunded because the packing label was an error made on the employee’s half.
Customer service had the nerve to say I put the wrong address. My friend’s never even lived in Salt Lake City.

This store is an utter mess, every cashier is rude and dismissive. There is no order, the lines are a joke. The new hires are being trained by harpies, if you ask for any kind of help they act like they want to bite your face off. Lazy and rude staff that give all government employees a bad reputation.

I love Michelle and Pam!!! Very friendly, great customer service. I feel like they’re family since I seen them weekly to pick up my million delivered packages lol they’re a perfect team!!!

Very inconsistent. And why can’t they do passports when no one is in there but them no customers? Oh but they can be on the phone saying some “hey girl!”. Hire people who actually want to work.

EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS. Went inside for my passport appointment today. Yes, APPOINTMENT. They laughed and giggled between one another and hit me with “our system is down”. Never seen LAZYNESS at it’s finest. To the two ladies that are working today Saturday, March 16 2024. Go find another easier job. I’d hate myself as well to wake up and have to put up an attitude like yall did to me today.
