I see a ton of one star reviews on here. I’ve never had any issues. Granted I just drop off packages and letters here, and never use any other of their services. I have an EBay store and have probably dropped off 50+ packages here with no issues whatsoever.

I just started selling on depop and I have no idea what I'm doing, but I had a very easy time scanning my QR code at the self-service kiosk. The machine printed my label no problem and I slapped it on my package, the receipt printer is out of order so the receipt was emailed to me. And then I didn't know if I could just throw the package in the slot in the front lobby, so I did end up talking to one of the workers who told me that there is a collection box at the end of the service counter. But she just took it from me and was very polite!

I had a really smooth experience doing my passport here. I had all my documents ready & the process took no more than 5-10 minutes. The lady was very nice as well.

The one who took my application (Carolyn) was rude and didnt ask if i was ready to take my picture..Just stood there and lpointed camera and took picture. I hate my pic btw! Very unprofessional and rude. Im tired of this and its bad customer service everywhere. Why u see people online getting beat on talking to people crazy like that! Yea please train ur workers on better customer service. Some people been on these jobs so long they dont care and comfotable. You dont knw what people be going thru too so u need to be kind when trying to conduct business. Smmfh wow!

Incredibly disappointing experience. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. The facility itself was dirty and poorly maintained, and service was painfully slow. With the overwhelming number of one-star reviews, it’s shocking that no meaningful improvements have been made. Truly baffling. If you have other options, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

The employees here are the most disrespectful, unprofessional people I’ve ever met. They show up to work whenever they please, sometimes over an hour late, leaving a line of people outside of the building. They’re all rude and consistently scream at customers for asking simple questions. An entirely new staff is needed.

Of course, as usual at most Post Office locations, employee was kind of rude (with attitude). I came with low expectations and they came true;)

The attitude of the employees is simply uncalled for. I told the clerk I am hard of hearing. In response, she started mumbling and talking quieter. She then gave me attitude when I repeatedly told her I cannot hear her. She then started yelling and speaking to me like a toddler, while also saying to not pay attention to her and look at the screen. Ma’am. I cannot focus on writing when you are yelling at me and treating me like an incapable person.
Never in my life have I been so condescended to when I say I cannot hear. Never. Beyond deplorable behavior and I fear for anyone with a disability coming to this post office. You may well be mocked by staff.

I’m normally “team post office” but I was so taken aback by my experience at this spot. Kiosk doesn’t do most services. The clerk was looking for every excuse under the sun to not let me send any of my mail - a standard mail envelope was “too small” to fit postage on and clerk only helped when I refused to buy a new envelope. wrapping a package down with half a roll of tape isn’t secure enough and I would have to buy all new packaging and tape for it. I shouldn’t have to fight for myself at the post office… Waste of my time doing everything in advance to make things easy - support USPS but avoid this office at all costs.

I had deeply upsetting experience at the 3024 North Ashland Avenue post office today. A younger Black woman on staff was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. She yelled at me from across the room, told me to leave the building, and spoke negatively about me to other customers in front of everyone. It was humiliating, inappropriate, and completely out of line.
It is beyond unacceptable for a public employee to treat patrons this way—especially in a government service role that is supposed to serve the community with respect and professionalism.
The leadership at this location needs to take these complaints seriously. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment for simply trying to send a package.

9:15 on a Wed and posted hours say open at 8:30 and still closed. Last time I was here they had no post card stamps, wouldn’t help an elderly man buy stamps and overall has been nothing but a horrible experience every time!

Absolutely should be investigated. I’ve shipped six packages through them and three went missing. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars and 6 rolls of irreplaceable film. They are either fully incompetent or are stealing packages.
UPDATE:
A package worth $500 was either lost or stolen at this post office. It's been missing for 10 days and the tracking shows it never left the building. After calling USPS, they told me to talk to someone there. I went down, I could not have been more polite and respectful. The Employee refused to even look at my tracking number, stating it wasn't in the building despite what it literally says on my tracking and what USPS told me on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, who also refused to even look at my tracking, said I was lying, laughed at me and said it's not their problem. I don't understand how they can keep their jobs with so many similar experiences. I am not even looking to get them fired, but this needs to be taken seriously. I pay taxes towards this post office every single paycheck and I pay to ship packages. I was called a liar, laughed at and now I may be out $500 dollars. It's unacceptable. Please, drive the extra mile or so and never go here.

Normally my favorite post office.. today no one is here at the open time of 830 am. About 10 customers waiting outside for the doors to open and it’s been 20 mins and no one in sight. Disappointing..
