Not even one star they deserve. We have not gotten mail in 3 weeks! Our regular mail lady that delivers in my area is on vacation and every time this happens even if she were to just miss 1 freaking day we get no mail for weeks! And our mail carrier is an older lady too! What’s gonna happen when she retires??And then when you go into this station to try and get your mail, the lady with the stank attitude and her crippled hurt leg with the bad hair due, which is probably the reason why she has an attitude in the first place, doesn’t make it any better! We should not have to experience weeks without getting mail! This is a serious problem! This post office is a problem! This needs to be reported! Starting with me!

Terrible customer service! The manager on duty Saturday morning on May 18th was absolutely no help! I had 4 envelopes that were not being delivered and she had NO SOLUTION to get my envelopes delivered. I see why the average stars at this place is 1.5.

I receive notifications about daily mail same day
Filed a claim and i get a call telling me they are sorry about the situation and carefully doing the route today, And still problem has not been solved it’s been 2 Months not receiving my mail.

Worse post office ever!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. I Was working from home one day and noticed a sticker on the door that I missed a delivery. THEY NEVER RANG THE DOORBELL. So I request a redelivery, never happened. I call them and they can't find it. Finally they do and I tell them to hold it, I'm on my way. I get there and there are 2 women "working". I'm the only one in line and neither one acknowledged that I was there. They just kept talking. Eventually one of them helped me. I wish I could day this was an isolated situation but it's typical for this location. There have been TOO MANY instances of packages being out for delivery, and I don't get them until several days later, after I have called up there several times. HORRIBLE SERVICE. but they don't care. Funny thing....I did a Google search for the worse post office in the city of Chicago, and ABC 7 News did a report on the top 4 worse ones, and guess who was on the list, this one. Not surprised.
