Why do these pieces of garbage mark packages delivered then after trying to make a complaint deliver the package 2 - 3 days later. This has happened 5 yes 5 times. If someone doesn't make a complaint do they steal the package? Im not sure what's going on but this seems very shady.

3 “lost” packages (high value) from mailbox right infront of facility. Not open to public but DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION currently waiting too see what postal investigation determines

I don't know why this facility is listed as a location when you search USPS because this isn't open to the public. Also what is with government run and operated businesses not being open during business hours convenient for the working class? Whom do you serve ? The retirees and stay at home parents? Because it's not the wage earners who go to work as early as 4AM and don't get out of work as late as 7PM

They take forever to pick up the phone and when they do; the lady seems to have an attitude problem, can't do her job correctly. I have concerns about a package that has been missing. I have proof it got delivered there and who received it and she denied it. Smh so unprofessional. ? Apparently this place isn't opened to the public.

The mail carrier in my block on 56 south and Rockwell is so disrespectful, unprofessional and dirty, she was littering when I confronted her with evidence of her wrong doing she claim it was someone else’s job to clean after her and on the next day she put her garbage on my car I told her I was going to report her to her supervisor Mr Addams and she replied with “I don’t care “. I told her supervisor and he said he was going to take care of it and on the following week she continue with the same behavior.

BEEN MISSING MAIL SINCE THE 17TH. BEFORE THAT EVERY MAIL AND PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME, AND EFFICIENTLY. YESTERDAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A PACKAGE, ENDED UP SAYING "NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY LOCATION" WHAT?! AINT NO GATE, OR ANYTHING. IS A 2 APARTMENT BUILDING. STOP DELIVERING MY MAIL/PACKAGES TO IDK WHO. WHO IS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPORTANT PAPERS I'VE MISSED FOR BEING SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL WORKER??! I NEED ANSWERS! I NEED MY MAIL! WE NEED YALL TO DO THEIR JOB HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO.
ONLY ANSWER I GOT TOLD WAS "MAIL PERSON BEEN HAVING TOO MUCH TO DELIVER"

Rude and lazy from the phone lady to the mail girl! However , very appreciative of our lovely people in the 60620 and 60652 area! Wonderful women and men! You can tell there is a difference in leadership.
