I haven’t had my regular mailman in months and I haven’t been getting all of my mail they are stealing your debit card and credit cards.I’ve called my credit card company 3 times to issue me another card and of course the post office don’t have an answer on why I haven’t been getting all of my mail.

I used to come in every day with multiple packages and never had any problems. I would have about 30 to 50 packages a week. Then one day last week, I noticed that two of my orders never shipped Even though I brought them in like normal. I go to ask what’s going on and then they get an argument with me saying it’s my fault because I didn’t wait in line to get them scanned in and get a receipt, but it doesn’t make sense for me to wait in line. I’m here every day constantly dropping off multiple packages. Then Later that day I checked the tracking in one of the packages of miraculously scanned in. It just arrived today to the buy and all the items in the box were completely crushed. Like who does something like that? The old staff was so much better than whatever they got going one back there now. Please go anywhere else lol.

Mrs. Johnson answered the phone on a day that I was dealing with a package that needed to be STOPPED from delivery. She stay in touch with me on 3-4 separate occasions to intercept this delivery from being delivered to a family who had lost their Mother. Mrs. Johnson was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeabl. She immediately understood the delicate situation our family was in, and she went Above and Beyond to right the situation. Thank you so much Mrs. Johnson for all your diligence. You are a godsend to the Community!!!!

Usually do USPS Click-N-Ship. This is the only post office I’ve been to that’s been confused every time I use it. First time I brought in two packages with one code, the employee told me that that’s not how it works (It is, you get one code for however many labels you print, and they print one after the next). After she told me to step out of line to “figure myself out” I asked her to just try to scan it. When I asked her to just try, and she did, she said “that must be new,” like it hasn’t been a feature for at least two years now.
Today, I came in with two packages and one code. Now, I made a mistake and forgot to attach one of the labels when checking out online. I didn’t realize this, asked the employee today to scan and said that they should both pop up (as last time I had to ask the employee to just try). I got one package to pop up, and then when she said that they “don’t come on one code. There needs to be two.” While is still unequivocally wrong, I said I’d check the email, where I found I forgot to attach both. I said “Oh, yep. I forgot to attach the code, I’ll just… return.”
She said “Yeah, and bring me lunch next time…” and followed it up saying that I “tried to snap at me.”
I didn’t? I understand that USPS employees constantly get incompetent customers. I didn’t want to be one of those, but when I had one employee pretend a feature that was firmly established was “new,” last time, I’m going to ask to retry to scan the code next time.
All this to say: Rude employees so far, and I’ll be back with packages on one label over and over. They better get ready to scan.

I arrived at 5:45pm (closing time is supposed to be 6:00) and the doors were locked. No sign, nothing, saying why.There were 3 other random people who also came but had to turn around and leave.
I went to the back door where they were loading a truck and a postal worker shrugged their shoulders when I asked why the front door was locked. Not helpful!

Not professional at all doesn’t deliver mail on time or at all . Lazy people that don’t want to do their job and told me they couldn’t deliver because they couldn’t access my house but deliver here any other time .Just overall horrible customer service. They need to close this location down or just fire everyone and hire people that actually want to work.

Today is December 20th I don’t know what is going on instead of my mail being put in the mailbox it was stuck in my banister.

I have been not getting my mail rout 49 have been giving my mail and package to the daycare next door and kept my my stuff I have video of the girl from 49 route meeting the girl from daycare at the fair play store to get my mail because I was waiting oh her I put 3 holds on my mail at this post office and they still continue to bring my mail to the daycare I spoken to 3 supervisor and they all was apart of it

Put some tape in the place to tape up the boxes in case the customers don't have any tape. Can you try that? Is that too hard for you?

I was able to get my package the day before it was scheduled to arrive with no issues, thanks to the very beautiful lady up front! ??? She was very professional, very nice, and very beautiful! Thank you, guys! ??
