If I could put a no star I would. They need to close this location or hire new staff, the female in the front does not DO her job & does NOT even try to help. Just rude and dismissive. I agree with the rest of the reviews.

11:16 Girl with short yellow dreads, rude, dismissive did not answer any of my questions. Waved me off like I was bothering her. They lay the wrong people off. Go somewhere else if you can or call downtown. First time I've ever wanted to give a negative number there's no excuse for this type of behavior from a civil servant that essentially is working on your behalf -4 I supposed I should be relieved she didn't curse at me

I had a package held here because the delivery man didn't drop it off. They refused to give it to me because my address didn't match. I brought mail and there was an error that also refused to give me the package. So they returned it to the sender.

This is ridiculous should have two people rotating for lunch this place is always a problem getting service understaffed and rude clerk so inefficient. Clerk took a 1 hour lunch with a big line

Really bad customer service and rude workers I never received my package most of the time and when I go complain they have the nerve to tell me that they don't have anything in the back or in the parcel lockers I really hope they get there workers together have better support ans service.

Extremely rude mail carrier, she’s a racist and started insulting my father because he doesn’t understand English. We put the mailbox in-front so she has accesible space to drop off our mail. Yet have received no mail. She’s a liar and always complaining to my neighbors about my dogs but my dogs aren’t even outside. Further more the manager is very helpful and polite nothing against the manager it’s just that mail carrier who is disrespectful but if it would’ve been the other way around she’ll start making a big scene

I'm in the post office waiting to be serviced and the clerk is on break . It's about to storm and I want to make it home before it rains . There should be someone to relieve the person who is working the front . Since I've been waiting 3 people walked out without being seen.

I see Why this mail office has a 1.9 star rating, been trying to get a package for 3 weeks, said it was delivered today in a parcel mailbox, but no package! They sent it back the last time! I swear I'm going to the alderman!

This post office decides to have my mail build up before delivering it. Instead of delivering on the day mail is received. They make to personal decision to have the mail build up until they feel it's enough mail to deliver.

I stopped by for a change of address form and they didn't have any. They also didn't know when any would be available.
