well between absolute curt and rude staff, in particular the woman who has her hair back, glasses and always a mask to hide her face as she bends and mangles peoples property. Forces me to pay extra postage JUST SO IT WOULD BE RETURNED, AGAIN… just, the audacity of this woman and some of these GOVT employed, tax paid workers are baffles me. They don’t deserve the job thats for sure. Be careful sending packages via here, they have come back destroyed too, almost out of spite.

Place is wack no help where are all the bilingual speaking people at? Waited in line for over 45 min cause we had no one who could service these people. Come on now we need to hire people who have multiple language skills. It’s 2024 we have many from sliver the world who visit this area in need of help and this place definitely can not assist. The reps always look very tired and wore out they to old for the rush all day. It’s time for a Change and upgrade to this area. You need peopleWho want to work and helpThe customers.

This post office is awful. They never have any forms out like certified receipts; you have to stand in line to get them, go over to a table, fill them out, and get back in line. I tried sending registered mail internationally and the first USPS worker told me that I had to redo the envelope because the address had to be handwritten and the envelope couldn't be sealed with tape. I handwrote the address, glued it on top of the original address, glued paper over the tape seal, and brought it back only to be told by a second USPS worker that I also couldn't use glue. If you can't use tape or glue then how on earth do they expect any envelopes to stay together? I am amazed at how ridiculous the employees are over there.

Don’t ship out if this location. If you can go anywhere else do it. For some reason packages take forever to leave the Chicago location which makes the shipping process longer.

I had a passport appointment, had my documents ready, and was already ready to go. They left me a voice message as I was leaving telling me I'd have to reschedule. Not sure what that is about. I'll be going to another post office to get my passport since they can't seem to manage their operations.

How is this the most busiest Post Office in Downtown CHICAGO with ONLY ONE cashier. The lady was insanely RUDE. I went to drop off my passport documents, asked her if she can review to make sure I had everything. And she said ABSOLUTELY NO, she has NO IDEA what’s needs. After I waited in line 40 mins on my lunch. How do ppl like this continue to get away with such horrible service to the paying customer. Where’s the manager? DO NOT RECOMMEND!They act like there working for FREE!

Unfortunately, I never had a good experience in this post office. The ladies there are always rude and make you feel that you bother them even though it is their job to help you. I tried to use the self service kiosk before going to the counter but it didn’t work for me. Hope it will change one day because there are some people who might wanna do the job and won’t be rude like them.

Extremely rude supervisor lady. We went around 3pm on Black Friday, hardly any customers and supervisor lady refused to help me because I needed printed digital stamps for my 20-Holiday calendars. I requested that she can do 5- at a time butshe still refused and only processed the 2-calendars. I came without mailing my calendars. She even refused to give me her name, when I asked or gave me a receipt for the stamps I bought.

Terrible, stupid, and racist clerk. She didn’t know what she was doing and kept belittling me until her coworker stepped in to give her instruction. A simple dropoff turned into a 20 mins of demonstration of rudeness and stupidity. Absolutely terrible.

Huge well light building. There are 20 cashier desks but only 1 cashier working. Took my >30 mins to get to the desk. 1 out of the 4 self service boxes were open with a line of 10 people. Painful experience to post a letter
