We sent a package from here and they were two workers there. They were super nice and friendly! We didn't have to wait for the line.

Had to uber $10 to get to the location due to a huge package needing returns. The woman employed apparently never showed up to work per building security and I now with raised prices have to spend another $15 to get home… not to mention having to uber to other locations spending almost $30-$40 just to return a package. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

Went at 5:22p on Friday June 20th 2025 after work to mail something out. The two women said they’re closed. I reminded them they close at 5:30p. She then said the system is down and started muttering under her breath.
I kept standing there looking at her and they were working on the system - assuming they were doing their daily closing checklist.
The fact that she was muttering under her breath suggests that the system was not down and she was just being lazy and did not want to do her job.
If the system was down - she would have said that before lying about being closed.
Why do people get jobs if they don’t want to work.

Just s warning to others, don’t go to this location unless you live close by because there’s a 50% chance it won’t be open. Went at 2PM on Friday and sign said coming back at 3:45PM lol. It’s very random when it’s open or not open.

Got there around 3 PM and told to go back although the employee was serving another customer. Weird lunch hour closed and should investigate if they are avoiding work. Proof in the photo. Very rude and defensive behaviour when confronted about that. Took a picture instead without quarelling

Why do you only have one postage worker working with a line of 22 people. Peak time is 3pm to 530pm. You need 2 people working during peak hours.

Google showd it's closing today at 5.30 pm.I came around 4pm and it was already closed.No explanation why either.

I came to send a package and the service was quick and easy. However, when the desk clerk finished labeling my package, she hurled it behind her into the package bin with a loud crash. While I was careful to wrap my package well, this was a gift (a picture frame with glass to be exact) so that exchange felt rude and unprofessional, not to mention simply unneccessary.

I don't send packages often, and the woman who worked today was kind and helped me with taping up my package - which I really appreciated. A great location and amazing customer service!

Literally every single day that this location is “open” they are late opening. The hours say 10am but they will NOT EVER be there at 10am.

Literally the nicest, friendliest, and easiest post office experience. It’s located on the lower level so enter down the stairs off of Michigan and then head back past the escalators.

Unique location. We sent the letter in 5 minutes. The staff is excellent. My advice: the post office is in the basement, go down to the restaurant, the left side of the basement is at the end.
