the woman at the counter did not come get the locked door for me, there was no sign she was on her lunch break. i came at 3:30, their closing time is at 5. i knocked on the door, she looked over and ignored me.

According to the employee that works here this is just a “passport” office. As far as I know usps is meant for shipping out and receiving goods as well.

How is this location even operating!? I went in at 230 and saw the sign that said “closed for lunch” I peaked inside and saw someone behind the counter on their phone. I looked up their lunch hours which said 230 to 3. I waited an hour for it to open back up but still nothing but the same woman behind the counter on her phone. I tapped the class to see if she can tell me when they will open and she yelled “we’re closed”. USPS do better and hire better.

Passport camera is broken...came back with photos...doors locked at 10:30 A.M. on a Wednesday. If you need a passport, go somewhere else.

I came to the location later in the day because I saw all the “Closed for lunch” negative reviews and they’re still “closed for lunch” at 3:37PM.

Don't recommend there because the place was nasty and haven't been cleaned.
The camera went out on Friday and no notice of that because I specifically asked do they go picture there
I overheard the only person working tell the other person she began to work with that the camera is not working and I said excuse me you said it not working and she rudely said that what I said.
Please don't waste your time there because I called and asked for a picture there so I feel they should have let people know this in advance instead of having a rude black woman be disrespectful to her elder.

An automated system would be faster and better than these fools there...did my passport application and I was scolded for not providing original documents. Once I did give them and got my passport back, they somehow lost all my original citizenship documents, like bruh.

My passport appointment was very quick. The lady was nice & friendly & even gave me a recommendation on where I should stay for my vacation. Before going have your documents & money order to go & you'll be in & out. Bring your own passport photo as well due to limited availability . 10/10 experience 😊
