Maybe this post office wouldn’t have such a low rating if they cleaned house and got some new front desk people! I’ve had some very nice people. But this woman, Young Was one of the worst terrible service. Giving me such attitude, barely barely commenting, and then chastising me for having the wrong post office code. Honestly? Maybe she should take early retirement since her attitude is so lame.

I came in right before close with a change of address request—the staff was helpful and kind despite me not having all my documents ready to go. The building itself was pretty typical of the postal service, older and not in the running for any design awards, but well kept and easily accessible.

If I could give 0 stars I would horrible service! 2 days in a row no one at counter to help! They stay in the back room. Sanitizer customer literally started yelling for someone to come out. Then told no passport services!

I am pretty sure I just sent my passport renewal application into a blackhole. I'd go elsewhere for this process. I regret not reading the reviews before going to this USPS. Zero guidance and reassurance. Negative reviews are true. Go elsewhere.

Don’t do anything for their mistakes, would have give no start if I’m able to. A post office not functioning. My mail had been sending back to senders multiple times in one month with right address. While the people I’m living with don’t have this issue. Is it just because I’m not having an American name?

Wow I thought these reviews were not true but they are all spot on. These people working here are miserable and treat everyone like garbage. Go to any other post office even if it’s half an hour away it will be worth it

This post office sucks! The most rude and miserable staff that anyone could ever have to deal with... I live just down the street and would rather drive to Schaumberg then to ever have to deal with these people again

I've been coming to this location for years and it is, hands down, one of the worst USPS locations I've had to visit. Most times I've been in here, there is no one behind the desk and a long line waiting. You can hear employees talking and joking together in the back, but no one is out helping customers. This locations claims to open at 8:30 AM, but once I went at 9:15 am and there was no one behind the desk. On the few occasions that I've been here and someone is doing their job, they were so unpleasant and clearly hate their job. I would rather drive a longer distance to avoid visiting here and I suggest others do as well. The Logan Square location on Fullterton is much friendlier and they actually do their jobs.

No matter when I go in, the workers (one in particular) are always in a bad mood and treat you accordingly. I finally stopped going in here and going to a further one for this reason.

I have visited this post office many times and unfortunately it is consistently short staffed with long wait times. Avoid if possible.

I received an alert that my package was delivered on Saturday, with no additional updates. I went after work on Monday to pick up my package and was told I couldn’t pick up as it “may be out for delivery”. Still no updates to the tracking, and when I inquired they said they don’t scan items before they go out for delivery. They wouldn’t offer any assistance or explanation outside of that. I must have been one of the many people who came in today, but regardless, this system is clearly flawed and the attendants are beyond frustrated and waved me along and brought up another customer while we were talking.
Call me when we enter the 21st century.

I was really worried to come here after reading so many reviews but it was a wonderful experience! I had to get a passport and it was super easy to make the appointment. Once I got there the employees were all super nice and straightforward! It only took like 15 minutes and was extremely easy. The employee who helped me knew what she was doing and got it done quickly. 10/10 would recommend them for getting a passport!
