Very helpful staff who has gone out of their way for me multiple times over the years. The staff has always been patient, helpful, and attempts to resolve any issues appropriately.

Nine people in line with one person working. I have never seen more than one window open and have never been in and out under 20 minutes. This location is terrible. Lots of people on back but I guess they can’t be bothered to help customers.

Rude unconcerned and a couple of hateful bigoted employees just there to collect a paycheck. Used this location for 35 years. Younger employees somewhat nicer, but older lady and rude tall older guy named Michael or he used name tag Miguel, sometimes were openly hostile and talked about me and other customers. Called national post office HQ in Washington DC to report Michael/Miguel for verbal harassment and derogatory names he used on me and another customer like he’d never get in trouble. Five days later got a call from the PO and I described Michael/Miguel as tall with curly gray hair and glasses, about 60. The caller kept denying any Michael or Miguel or anyone with that description worked there. I went over and over description and his rude abusive behavior and tossing my package over his head into the mail cart behind him.It took me a few days to get back there and saw him working the window. I finally realized the guy was the one that called me pretending to be the local office manager, and that he had my name, phone number and complaint information. I couldn’t believe my complaint was forwarded and the REAL manager gave it to this offensive guy I had complained about who called me. Unbelievable. Sad our post office is run like a horrible business.

How is this place an operating business? Pretty unreal. It’s a miracle if my packages show up when they’re marked as delivered, and then when you try to call them to see where your package is, they just can’t be bothered to help. Nice!

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES! Please please please be aware of this facility when ordering expensive items or anything at all. For the second time my items have been marked as "Delivered" and never showed up. My building has 24 hour security and no one ever showed up to deliver my packages. They do not care about your items. Packages are consistently mishandled or stolen. Terrible service. Awful facility.

They are extremely unhelpful, and I have seen the women working there be disrespectful to multiple customers every time I have gone in there.

Usually there's a line, but that's life in the Third City (aka Second City).Clerks range from nice to indifferent to irritated, but that's life at the perpetually underfunded mail service.The building is low key Art Deco and WPA coolness, but that's life when you're not a cheapskate and actually pay your taxes.

If giving zero stars was an option, I would have. Paid over $48 to overnight a package, and 3 days later tracking is showing that it is still just "received" at the post office. It takes at least three days to get a response as to where the package actually is!!! It didn't make it on the day it was supposed to. Really frustrating to read the description of the post office as being "reliable"

Rudest person I’ve ever spoke to on the phone when I called. Mail carriers will steal your mail and not think twice about it. Highly recommend you don’t use this location unless you never want to see your mail again.

I generated a QR code to get a shipping label and it was not able to produce a shipping label, even after about 10 minutes and trying 3 times. I believe this is a limitation of USPS’s internal system, not necessarily this specific post office. But, I needed to ship something today and wasn’t able to because of this. I was relying on USPS’s system and shipping options that ended up failing.

Do not use this facility. I ordered premium mail forwarding at a very high cost and my mail was never delivered. I had to call over 8 times and dealt with unprofessional people like Ms Johnson who was very rude. Kena - manager was no help either. Doesn’t help that they don’t answer their phones and always forward their calls to the 800 number. They are the definition of “BPT”… Do not use them!!!
