No, is certainly an answer if you cannot help a client but the disgusting and unnecessary attitude is TOO MUCH. I'm so sick of the HOSTILITY. Atp I think some ppl can only feel good if they're making others feel bad.

I HATE THIS POST OFFICE SO MUCH THEY DONT DELIVER TO MY BUILDING BECAUSE They say it’s nobody for this route. Nobody wants to take our route on 63rd and Maryland because it is too long so now the residents have to suffer and don’t get mail. We haven’t been getting mail in over weeks and then when we go to the post office to try to pick it up, they tell us the mail is on the truck. How is the mail on the truck if we don’t have a postal worker Heard from one of the employees quoted y’all route as a overtime route because y’all have no postal worker to deliver so if people wanna pick up overtime, we get mail if they don’t, we don’t get mail so now us as the residents we have to This is unacceptable. I have filed complaints with the post office. I have to talk to the manager. I spoke with the manager Danielle yesterday who told me oh I have three people out on y’all route delivering mail come home and there’s no mail so now they lie and lie to us this is so unacceptable.

Worst post office ever, from the front window clerks to Supervisor and carriers....just sad!! They won't even try to enter your building just throw your package on the porch and leave you important mail on the porch in the rain....as a former carrier I know that the suppose to sign for a key before leaving the station

This Post Office on 61st is Not a good place the staff at this post office are very rude. They will lie they do lie. They have lied to me three times about packages that they said that it was delivered but WASNT DELIVERED When I stayed on 60th and Vernon They sent me on a wild goose chase even now that I stay minutes away from this Post Office I had an issue with a package recently as well stating that it was on the street, but the mail has ran And delivered, but no packages for anyone here in my building Including myself, a lot of people here were pissed At this post office This post office need to be closed down or have better people with good spirits that will want to work and do their job

WE ALL NEED TO COMPLAIN TO THE INSPECTOR GENERAL. I HAVE READ REVIEWS DATING BACK 3 YEARS AND APPARENTLY NOTHING HAS CHANGED. EVERY COMPLAINT ON HERE I CAN RELATE TO EVERYONE OF THEM. COMPLAINED AND NOTHING DONE. LIED ABOUT UNABLE DELIVERING MY MAIL. WHICH WAS A LIE BEEN SITTING IN MY WINDOW SINCE 8AM. SOMETHING NEEDS BE DONE. This post office is a joke. I ALWAYS have a problem with package delivery. It's never delivered on time and the accuse is always a lie. Especially the package delivered on weekends. They will leave your package on the outside stairs where a theif can get it or harmed from the weather instead of ringing that person's bell. If you go into the office the person at the front desk is just rude. Mail that should be returned is left piled up in the hallway instead of being pickup and returned. This is the worst post ever.

Every time I come here there is a problem with my package. I came here monday to pick it up, told me they would deliver it, but they never did. So I came back, they still didn’t give me my stuff. The lady at the front was being very rude. Walked away while I was talking and she still wont give me my stuff.

This place is a joke and rude on top of that. Always issues with deliveries and Always lies about attempted deliveries. I work from home and my office is by the front porch so I can see when packages are being delivered. The only people who have these attempted delivery issues are USPS workers at this location. RIDICULOUS!!!

If I could rate this post office It would be 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. I’ve gotten to a point I uses my mother address to get packages and important mail i need because depending on this postal service I’ll never receive it. Trying to stop the time clock on yall mail only affects the people. The people is why yall employed the post office as we know today will eventually be over I guess this location will understand when they shut down or shut the postal service down and it no longer be a government job they will appreciate it when it’s to late

Ever since I moved to this area officially 1 year ago, I’ve had problems back to back with getting my packages. Recently, I had a package that should have been delivered and it stated that it was delivered “in or at mailbox” which it was not. This is not the first time someone who is lazy and hates their job falsely claimed to deliver something that they did not. I hate that I have to get a package through them when I never order usps I ordered through Amazon who keeps using them as a third party. I will not be delivering from Amazon anymore and I’m definitely moving next year. They need to hire new and honest workers who will actually do their job.

They lie about delivering our mail & when usps delivers our packages they often come up missing. We’ve gotten 1 piece of mail in 2 weeks, even though informed delivery shows us mail almost daily. We’ve reported this post office twice & nothing has changed.
