Shelia was so very helpful!!!All our communication was friendly and helpful and sincere. A replacement hose was needed for an old vacuum. She got it order in a few days!!! Then with persistence of an angel changed it out while I waited. Grateful for dealing with a business that truly is service oriented to it’s core!!!

This place gets 6 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of the Superstar Sheila in charge!In the year 2024 can we look FORWARD to the needs of our Vacuum Cleaners (warranty repairs, bags, filters…) ?!?- Yes! -as long as we know we have product specialists like this still rocking cute little storefronts on Belmont.CTA accessible- because traveling with a Vacuum on transit is all the rage.***Be sure to pick up a made in the USA woolly-fuzzy duster while you’re there!***And -Thank the high stars there are still repair/warranty places that are kind straight shooters like this.*Warning* while you’re there getting things worked out for your failing appliance -You may decide to purchase a fancy, fancy vacuum. They handle the full range of brands of vacuums.Check em’ out!

Great service from vac shop! They were able to take care of my warranty issue on my Miele vacuum promptly and professionally. It was diagnosed the same day I dropped it off and most of the waiting was just the replacement part shipping from Miele. A+ service will return!

Fannie is a very warm person and was super helpful in explaining the differences between the vacuums. I brought an old Oreck in for trade in and they gave me a percentage off. Plus open on Sundays in the morning. Thanks Fannie!

Thank you Sheila!! The battery on my son’s power wheels stopped charging. Sheila was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone to ensure it was the battery that was the problem. She ordered the new battery (under warranty) and even shipped it to me so that I didn’t have to make the trek to the city! She was kind, professional and prompt! Hopefully I don’t have any more issues with our power wheels but if so, I would def contact this shop first!

Sheila, from the Vac Shop(Belmont Ave) Chicago, gets a shout out from me. I enjoy the heck out of great customer service and it seems hard to find people that are 1st of all… any good at it and 2nd…. Actually care.Sheila was so pleasant to visit with on the phone, knew exactly what I was referring to when I talked replacement parts for my vacuums.She was very prompt to get back to me after researching a special request I had. They even did a little customization to the vacuum hoses I ordered.When I need parts for my residential cleaning business I’m definitely calling Sheila again. She is an asset to this company. She has made a returning customer out of me!

Sheila and the Vac Shop not only deliver on their promises but on the quality of their products. Unlike the generally poor fitting replacement parts of the rest, the Vac Shop puts the extra effort into the design of their parts to ensure that correct fit and stress free install.

I needed a discontinued replacement part for my Oreck that was impossible to find anywhere else. Although they didn't have it in stock immediately, I added myself to a waiting list, waited a few months, and then the friendly and knowledgeable Sheila called me back and had it shipped to me very quickly. It fits my vacuum perfectly and works great. Thank you!

I needed a part for an older Oreck that ran perfectly but needed a handle repair part. That SKU is no longer available as per designed obsolescence. Shelia at the Vac Shop was kind enough to take my part request and then contact me 6 months later to tell me she had found my part. That is excellent customer service and rarely seen in this day and age. Kudos to Shelia and the Vac Shop.
