I needed a storage unit for an event I was throwing (lots of furniture was needed). I sought out ValStor and I'm very pleased with their services. The units are nice and spacious and the location is convenient and well managed. I like the staff a lot too. Paul is really great and helpful.After the aforementioned event, I decided to keep my unit, in large part because the customer service I experienced.10/10, would recommend.

Valstor is located in a massive old brick building in Bronzeville. it is a friendly, clean operation right on Michigan Avenue.

Clean, convenient, safe place to store items. The employees know you by name which is a nice bonus to doing business with a small shop. Not that this place is small. It's massive. Takes up the whole side of the street! Recently, they added beautiful historical murals of life in Bronzeville during the 60s. Good to see them investing in the beautification of the neighborhood. Reasonable monthly rates. Various storage options. Only downside is that it's not open weekends and you don't get a key to access the place when closed.
