I don't treat myself to salon visits often, but when I do, Van Cleef is my go-to for a silk press. As someone with thick, natural 4c hair that extends a bit past my shoulders when straightened, it means a lot that they embrace and celebrate my hair texture. I had an amazing experience with my stylist, Ralphael, who was incredibly kind and gentle. Since I have a sensitive scalp, I truly appreciate how considerate and accommodating Ralphael was. It's always a relief to be in the hands of a stylist who prioritizes their client's comfort!

Jacqui is the hair GOAT. After going through many, many stylists... meeting her, and having her lay hands on my hair was a blessing!!! Unfortunately I relocated to FL (and I'm missing her more than ever... I've even considered flying back just to get my hair done LOL). I have thick 4C hair and with her my hair was never healthier and happier.

I had such a great experience here! Ralphael provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in, making me feel welcome and completely at ease. He was fast, efficient, and really knew what he was doing, without ever making me feel rushed even after I arrived 20 minutes. I left feeling relaxed and so happy with the results. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service in a friendly and professional environment!

I had such a great first experience at this studio for my silk press! The space itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff made sure I was comfortable right away, even asking if I wanted water or coffee. My stylist, Ralpheal, really knew what he was doing—he not only gave me a flawless silk press but also shared helpful tips on how to maintain my hair in between visits. I felt well taken care of from start to finish and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit with Raphael and I couldn’t be happier! The wash and scalp treatment were so soothing, the steam treatment left my hair incredibly soft, and my ends now look fresh and healthy. He took the time to make sure my hair was cared for from root to tip, and the style came out flawless. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was professional, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. I’ve definitely found my new stylist!

I LOVE this salon - the look, the vibe, the owner (Antonia) and the friendliness & professionalism of the stylists. My stylist is Jasmen. While Jasmen is highly skilled & talented in a wide variety of styles, processes and techniques, I have been getting braids & color with her for the last several months and I love it! Jasmen is personable, fun, on-time, creative and really executes my hair vision each time!
I'm so glad I found Van Cleef and Jasmen!

The Van Cleef Salon / Hair Studio is pure wonderful. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing and very tidy and clean. Their customer service is excellent. Antonia is absolutely gifted, attentive and a top notch stylist!!! I have found my forever salon! I always leave feeling beautiful and CONFIDENT.

I absolutely adore Van Cleef vibe and service. Top notch client care and I always leave feeling amazing. Tamara always takes such tender love and care on my natural curls, treatments, trims and silk press.
I’ve had to stop in for a quick curl and Gina made me feel at ease and styled my hair ever so silky lush curls!
From the products used to the warm energy felt when you walk in the salon.. so proud to be apart of the Van Cleef client family!

It can be hard to find a black owned salon in the city that knows what they are doing. I’ve been to Van Cleef twice now and Jacqui did not disappoint. The salon is clean, open, and welcoming. The prices match the quality of the service and you can just relax and enjoy.

Great service. Needed a hair cut for an unexpected business meeting. They came in early morning so I could be accommodated for my meeting that day. Plus they cut hair very well.
