Had an emergency pick-up today and availability was great along with the service over the phone with Carl and the office. Everything was timely, I received immediate updates, will definitely call again when I need something.

I called Velocity recently as I had been a customer in the past, the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude, I so was angry at his rudeness I just hung up and called a different courier. How you can run a business like that ?????

I just recently worked with Carl and his delivery team of service for 2 years. Every delivery request was never late and 96% of his calls you give him the details of delivery and that's it! This also includes any special instructions. Commonly who or where to deliver with confirmations.
