Bad CS. Brought my 85 year old mother there today. Waited for over an hour with a Ukrainian father and son. We were never acknowledged. The 2 teps were taking care of 2 customers. But cute woman walked in she somehow leapfrogged us.

Travis was awesome. He was alone at time I came in, but handled everyone there with ease. Was compasionate and friendly. Super helpful. Very knowledgeable. Got everything I needed done and then some, answered questions I had and got me info that I could use. Will definitely come back to this location and work with Travis.

Our family had the pleasure of being taken care of by Vlad at the Verizon Wireless on the corner of Northwest Highway and Harlem Avenue. Vlad is exceptional! He was knowledgeable, efficient, kind and took care of all of questions and many needs. Vlad really went above and beyond!!! It was really nice to meet someone that is caring and understanding. I lost my phone at the airport and needed a new one quick. Jake was helping a few customers but was able to multitask and keep everyone feeling well taken care of. Enjoying my new flip phone!

In frustrating manner, my SIM card stopped working the day before Labor Day. Elijah met me at the door and helped me sort out an issue with my SIM card in just a few minutes. He was not a pushy salesman and was incredibly helpful. Thanks again!!
