I had an incredible experience at the Verizon store. Amanda Rodriguez and customer representative Eric Castro provided exceptional service. Their professionalism, knowledge, and sincere politeness made the entire visit smooth and help me stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain every option clearly, and ensure I left completely satisfied.

Erick Castro is an amazingly talented sales person. He went above and beyond, He stayed til 1am!!!!! He helped withall of 5 lines tablet transferring data! This is a great place to get any devise and products! Very respectful, professional. Giving it 10 out of 10!!!!

This location screwed me up BIG TIME. Charlie talked me into trying the 5G home internet for a free 30 day trial. I got it on July 10th, returned it on the 28th (well within the 30 day trial period.) Charlie told me he would return the equipment for me, because he was already heading that way with more equipment. Lo and behold, he never returned it. I got a $200 fee and late fees because I am refusing to pay (WHAT IS NOW) $608.02. I am one man, doing nothing but tiktok on his phone. My bill should be $130. I have driven to the Verizon store SEVEN times (they are 40 minutes away from me) and it has STILL not been fixed. It is now NOVEMBER 13TH. They have now SHUT MY SERVICE OFF. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. And do NOT take Verizon for their word, they are VERY untrustworthy. I have done everything I can possibly do and more and they have still not helped me, I am on my work WiFi leaving this review. I have NEVER missed a payment in over FOUR. YEARS. Oh and by the way, that employee Charlie, he doesn’t even work there anymore. Absolute nightmare. This will now go to collections because I have done everything in my power to get my bill fixed to normal so I can pay it and they wont or can’t fix it so I am forced to walk away from Verizon to T Mobile or somewhere else I MEAN I NEED CELL SERVICE what the heck are we serious?! They are now literally affecting my livelihood by affecting my credit score.

Hey I wanted to leave a review to say Nikita at this specific Verizon STORE was amazing helped me seamlessly get my old phone activated with a new number and helped with the ordering of my new iPhone! Really great experience highly recommend!!

Today I was in the Verizon office, solving the issue of home Internet. After solving the main issue, I decided to re-register the remaining number from a personal account to a business account. Today Pablo Voronko showed me the highest aerobatics in solving issues on re-registering numbers while maintaining the terms of the promotions. The fact is that a phone purchased on credit when re-registering from a personal account to a business account, the promotions for discounts for subscribers are not saved. But what Pablo Voronko did and how he fought with the operators to knock out and save my promotions was cool!!! This fight on the line with the operator lasted more than an hour and in the end Pablo saved all my promotions and privileges. And he also improved my rates for business numbers. In this Verizon office, there are fighters who guard the interests of ordinary people!!!
