My Retail Specialist, LaShonte Gibson, provided me with amazing customer service from beginning to end. The Sales Manager was amazing as well. I appreciate their thoroughness, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions that I had. I highly recommend this branch and LaShonte Gibson to service you phone retail needs.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service earlier, but thankfully, this location completely turned things around for me! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns, explained my options clearly, and went above and beyond to help me get set up with a new phone. What could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and reliable help. Thank you again!

Maliyah needs a raise and promotion ! Literally walked in and she solved an issue we've been having for over a year , constant back and forth with customer service over the phone and back to the store like 5x, literally had our issues solved in less than 5 mins ! The girl knows what she's doing ! Super overly pleased ! She's def an asset to Verizon and needs to be acknowledged in some way or another !

Employee could not have been less helpful. More interested in talking to other employees. I had no cell service connection after switching cell service to Verizon (by phone) the day before. She wrote down a phone number and told me to call it (activation dept.). I approached her again and she said are you on the Verizon “guest” Wi-Fi? Still could not make the call. I left. Went to Oak Lawn, had great service and bought two new phones through Verizon promotion plan.

I would be remissed if I did not share my experience at this Verizon location. I was really pressed for time when the sales rep Taneka came and assisted me with getting a new phone. I must say that I was extremely impressed with her demeanor and professionalism. Taneka took the time to walk me through each process and explained everything in detail. It was refreshing to see all the staff at this location genuinely caring for the customer and they were all so young. I must say if you are in the market for a phone go to Verizon in Evergreen 95th & Western and ask for Taneka. You won't regret it. I'm a very satisfied senior citizen.

The inquisition I received in order to do a return at this location was unnecessary. I was returning an IPhone 16 Pro Max to complete the deactivation of my account and pay the $50 restocking fee. I was disappointed and quite frankly upset that yesterday I did a similar transaction at a different location without all the hassle. Customer service is customer service. This is a corporate location. A flagship of their company and Verizon’s customers should expect at a minimum the same level of enthusiasm for a deactivation as well as an activation regardless of their social economic status.

Visited this location today, after waiting for what seemed like forever and not being acknowledged we were approached by the Asst store manager Kiarah. She was very uncouth and unprofessional. As we set in front in her in attempts to rectify the billing issue we had she was very unwilling to assist.

Even after my first encounter 2 years ago, l find that this is a great place to do business. I've observed the patience and care they take with customers, especially senior citizens. But of course, it may have others waiting longer. But I understand.

Purchased a phone online for store pickup here. There was no movement on the order, called Verizon support for an update, and Verizon support said they attempted to contact this store, and they were unable to speak with anyone. This was during open hours.

Great service from the whole team. They are very personable and try to help with all your needs. They go over and beyond to find the right promos and plans to suit you. Even security is friendly as you enter and exit store.
