Jesse Soto was an absolute star today. I would never usually write a review for something like this, but his customer service was so amazing that I had to. He sat with us for nearly 2 hours whilst we set up our new business account with Verizon. He was so helpful, really patient and a pleasure to work with. Verizon management - you have a fantastic asset with Jesse on your team!

Used to be 5 stars walked in and the guy says he signed me in then serviced two to three people before me and the managers only sign people in and that’s all from what I seen! Skin color or the way I was dressed which shouldn’t matter but I felt like that was the reason I wasn’t serviced!

I am very reluctant to give one star reviews to any business, however this store definitely warrants it. Classic corporate greed at its finest: seeing customers as signs, not as people. VERY misleading salespeople, I received a lot of unclear and inaccurate information (I later learned upon receiving my bill). Do not expect to get honest, straightforward information. Furthermore, wait times can be quite long in the several times I've been in.

I strongly advise against visiting this store. My brand-new iPhone 16 Pro won’t activate, and the staff there gave me some rather unhelpful advice. They suggested I go to the Apple Store to get a replacement, but when I got there, I spoke to the representatives and had a three-way call. Unfortunately, they informed me that only Verizon can assist me.
After speaking with customer service, they advised me to return to the Verizon store the following morning to obtain a replacement. However, when I arrived the next day, I was subjected to an hour-long conversation with customer service, only to be abruptly dismissed.
The two women working at this location seem to have an inflated sense of self-importance, which makes me hesitant to recommend this store.

Excellent customer service! Tena was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took her time to explain all my options, helping me to get exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back whenever I need their services.

We experienced a top service and a great efficiency at this branch office this afternoon!!
When I walked into the store, I was greeted right away and placed me on the queue. I waited about 10 minutes, and an agent came to help me. Her name was Tena. She was very patient and listened to me explaining the problems I was having. She quickly figured it out what to do and connected with the Verizon customer service on the phone bc we needed them to reinstall my eSIM card back on my iPhone. She stayed with me every step, assisted and explained to me what they were doing until my phone was restored.
When we traveled out of the country two weeks ago, I purchased and installed a foreign eSim card on my iPhone. After I was done with it, I thought I deleted it, but it turned out that I accidentally deleted my own eSim card on the phone and my phone number was lost.
Luckily I had Tena to help me today! She was efficient and very knowledgeable. She also helped us to come up with a good plan to upgrade our phones!
We had two good services at this branch. Definitely recommend it! 👍👍

I was initially nervous when I saw all of the negative reviews before mine. I needed to pickup an upgrade and get help setting up the new phone. My experience was really great! I only had to wait a short time, and the woman who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was super helpful. Would definitely go back!

Really unethical operation...dishonestly trying to upcharge. I took exception to their insistence that my "free phone" required a monthly $21.95 insurance plan, which would end up being more than buying the phone at retail now. I looked it up online later and saw the needed insurance is actualy $7.95 a month. Really glad I dodged a bullet and left this store without wasting hundreds of dollars through their telling me this was required insurance. Liars work here.

I’ve never reviewed anything but I have to leave a complaint about this Verizon store. I visited there to just reactivate the eSIM on my Apple Watch. After checking in, one of staff told me there are two people before me. Their service or working process was incredibly slow but I was waiting with patience. The. More people walked in and those all checked in after me. All of sudden, the staffs pushed me back in the waiting line one after another people without any explanation. Initially I understood they might made an appointment. And I noticed some people after me even didn’t make an appointment but anyway they had the service before me. I asked the staff why my turn kept pushing back and he said I came later than others which was a lie since I had been sitting in the store almost an hour. The explanation didn’t make sense at all and their attitude was completely rude. I had to suspect I was discriminated because I was only Asian in the store. Whoever owns this store should give their staffs proper service education for the customers. The experience in this store was the worst and I will not recommend this store to anyone.

I never make reviews … so I’m obviously fed up and make no mistake this review is not for this location but it is for the Verizon company as a WHOLE! I came to Verizon about 4 months ago I pay bill with no problem and have unlimited everything but yet this service sucks and is the worst phone company I ever had I will be switching back to my old phone company soon …. If you not already with Verizon reconsider before you come over to this company because you will regret it !!!!! #NotSatisfy
