Horrible , location I ask for a charger because most locations have complimentary charges for their customers . A service Rep discriminated against me because of my dreads locs and told the security guard to put me out. I told him I was there to get services and purchase a new Apple Watch . I am a manager At CTA (Chicago Transit authority ) this 30,000k a year making fool customer service rep was horrible forgot her name she’s black with glasses .

2 stars - the security guard was more welcoming than Xavier, the salesman. We could barely understand what he was saying and seemed so uninterested in helping us.
We went in trying to get the promotion of a free iPhone 15 line, as stated on the Verizon app with the activation fee of $35. Xavier types a few stuff and apparently we would have to pay $300+, does not say for what or why. We declined the offer as it was false advertisement, not his fault but he should’ve explained more and then maybe he would've gotten a sale. We then decided to trade in a phone and without asking us information or looking at the Verizon history on the current line, he states well its gonna be $350+ for the trade in doesnt say anything but that.
Overall I think he just didn't care and just wanted to get out of work on a Friday. His attitude and demeanor just gave lazy and uninterested.

Very friendly setting up the phone that was given to me as a gift for my birthday but I do have to go back because this phone just acts crazy and jumps around and write things that I am not writing it is a prepaid Verizon phone that can only work on the Verizon network it might just be me because I am an old man that is Tech challenged

This branch cheated me on a trade in by giving me the wrong promo to my new account ($77 one time vs the promised $800 trade in credit), then ordered me the wrong phone to my house (ordered me the same exact phone I literally exchanged and paid a restock fee for). Phone support was able to fix everything. They are nice people at this branch, just kinda upsetting with all the mistakes.

Worst experience ever, never seen worse salespeople, from competency at their jobs to social skill and customer service and basic mannerism. Traded in a phone with them, the guy that i worked with “forgot” to ship my old phone to Verizon which we didn’t find out until close to its deadline. store wouldn’t respond, gave me his number which i reached out to 10x times before getting a response. Finally they sent my phone to Verizon and then on the first bill I found out they charged me for a protection plan i never asked for, nor was i explained to about what it is or how i can opt out of it. mind you at the time, the salesperson did not print a receipt for me and said that i would receive an email with it which i never did. Also when i went to the store to cancel this protection plan, another salesperson (also weird and rude) told me that it’s something that can only be done online. She lied, she could have done it in the store. Every single person in this store is rude and unprofessional. Not my first time trading in a phone at a verizon location, definitely my first and last time in this store.

Rude stuff, didn’t fix my problem, i think lady(don’t remember her name) was too lazy to help me. She was act like she don’t want to serve me. When you go to other Verizon stores, people who work there make you relax and feel comfortable while they help you to fix some problem.

Jacqueline Gallwgos and Tabish were very professional and helpful, but I am disappointed that I don't get voice-mail notifications because I'm using my old phone. I came over from TMobile. It's very disappointing that now I have to keep checking to see of I have voice-mail.

Go to another store don’t go here they are very rude and act as if they are working and not. The off-Duty Police officer seems to be doing more work than them!! Run while you still can!!!
