due to the fact that verizon kept raising their rates every month, i left them. i had paid cash for my phone. i was on no contract. it was month to month, so i left owing them nothing. now for some reason they have deceided that i owe them almost $4000.00. they have also wrecked my credit even though i owe them nothing. verizon is a lousy company. just glad they don't have the atomic bomb button.

I had the good fortune of getting SANDRA when I recently went into the store. She is AWESOME. Sandra listened to what I was there to do. But she also tuned into my nerves about the process. When you transfer over one cell phone to a new one, it is a little daunting. Sandra explained every part of the process. I was taking notes, and she went slowly and carefully. I needed a few new accessories, and she explained each one and helped me chose the right ones. There was a snafu with Google, and she explained what we could do and even called me later to see how things were going! Out of five stars, Sandra gets 10. Thanks for the great help!

In November I added two lines to my account, which earned me two gift cards of $200 each. I came into this Verizon Store 12/14/2023 to purchase an Apple Watch Series 9 in 41mm as a gift for Christmas. I used the two Verizon gift cards, and paid $151.24 out of pocket to ensure the watch was paid in full. After the watch was opened, it was decided that the 45mm size was better. I returned to this Verizon store on 12/27/2023 and asked if we could change the watch. I dealt with Jorge and Kevin. They process just a return, and place a new order for the new watch rather than EXCHANGING the watch like I requested. Kevin kept handing me the tablet to go through the prompts like I work here. They also ignored my request to have the watch sent to my job, and instead had it delivered to my home. Which resulted in me having to take the day off of work or else the watch would be sent back.I’ve waited since 12/27/2023 for a refund of the original watch and NO ONE at this store has any idea or clue when the refund is coming. Jorge is the one who ran the transaction and somehow was able to find the gift cards 12/14/2023 but doesn’t know how to find the gift cards today?? The gift card numbers also show up blank on the receipt. Shady.I have a receipt saying I would be getting a refund as a paper check, but never got one. Claribelle/Claribella has no idea what she is doing. Every time I’ve asked for an update it’s the same thing. “I don’t know what’s wrong” despite us BOTH having receipts detailing the refund. I’ve spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon wireless, I’ve spent 4 lunch breaks from work at this store. All for nothing because no one knows anything here. Side note: they also lied about the cost of the bill. Jorge, Kevin, AND Claribelle/Claribella stated they would waive the activation fees associated with the Apple Watch Series 9. Fast forward to my bill and there’s activation fees. Save yourself the headache and go to another store or carrier. I regret ever stepping foot into this place.

Spent 3 days to activate my phone with Verizon. Literally 5 hours over the phone. This store manager literally kicked me off with deactivated phone.

Monday, January 15, 4:20 p.m. The employee was extremely unfriendly, did not know how to combine separate accounts into a family plan. We took an iPad from Verizon that does not work. The employee said that we did not take it from Verizon.Earlier we turned to a woman who helped in everything.But today this man was not well-mannered, not professional and very unpleasant.

I've gone to this location 3 times, and each time, I have not been disappointed. Ed is very knowledgeable and very patient with me. Next time, I will definitely ask for Ed or Kevin, who's helped me in the past.

I I made a line early in the morning I wanted to ask prices cause I have an iPhone the Mexican guy that was there. He was rude. I thought he was racist towards me. Guess I’m a senior. He treat me like I felt so uncomfortable I left crying customer service they really really really bad.

After going to another store in Lakeview that was unable to help me, I came to this store. And all I’m going to say is that Kevin is the absolute BEST!! He completely turned our day around and was extremely patient and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Customer service is 0/10! The manager herself was extremely rude. I came to pickup an online order and she says “oh we sold those phones”. Odd if my order was APPROVED and scheduled for pickup. I then asked if she could find ANY phones in their store or nearby and she rudely said “No, call customer service” then walked off. Pathetic representation of Verizon. This manager needs to be fired! The staff did nothing but eyeball me the entire time. Even the security guard was playing on his phone with headphones when I entered the store. NO ONE GREETED ME!

I came to this store after having a bad experience at another one in Lakeview. I was helped by Sylvester. He was fantastic! I had gone in looking to buy a new phone and he was nothing but honest, helpful, and kind. I ended up coming back after purchasing the phone from Apple and he helped me make sure everything was set up properly with Verizon. YOU ROCK! We need more people like Sylvester in the world.

Came at 6:58pm they had 2 customers and 4 reps the door was locked and they wouldn't let me in all I needed to do was pick up a phone I had already purchased online ... again not surprised when it comes to Verizon
