Manny lies to you and blames you for his lies and poor service. DO NOT Use this store in Andersonville, they offer deals and then charge full price. They offered a device for free and then Charge fees and the entire price no discount. They sent me to the corporate store on Touye and lied to me that they could take care of this mistake. They shut down my service for an entire day. Left me with no phone service.

The staff at Verizon on Clark are always helpful.?. I always learn new things from staff. I had walked in with a sple question and walked out with an affordable replacement for my daughter,'s stolen phone.

The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get a replacement phone in the last 30 minutes that the store was open that day. He was cheerful and sympathetic towards my situation. He also saved me a lot of trouble by helping me set up the new phone.

We walked in without an appointment to purchase a SIM card for my guest who was visiting from out of the country. Robert was extremely helpful, and even took the time to set everything up for us so she could use her iPhone right away. Juan also came over to check on us and was welcoming and helpful. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy at this location. Thank you!
