Do not ever come here to shop their customer service is horrible and they act like they got attitudes. And they dont honor prices from other stores. I will never come back to DTLR ever just because of the Madison and Pulaski location

This is hands down the worst DTLR in town. The employees behind the register act like they hate their jobs, and it shows in the way they treat customers. I stood in line for over 40 minutes just to deal with miserable attitudes and no effort. Every shoe I asked for was either out of stock or they only had one random size left. The store was understaffed, unorganized, and the workers looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. Their negativity rubs off on customers and ruins the entire shopping experience.
If you don’t want to work here, don’t take it out on the people spending their money. This location is a complete joke and needs serious management changes.

This DTLR is a complete disaster. They had the line backed up for over 30 minutes because they were so understaffed they could only let 3–4 people in at a time. By the time I got in, the staff looked miserable and treated customers like an inconvenience. When I decided not to buy the shoes, the girl at the register actually rolled her eyes at me. That’s childish, rude, and flat-out unprofessional.
If you hate your job, don’t take it out on customers. The management here clearly doesn’t care about staffing, training, or customer service. This location is a joke and honestly doesn’t even deserve to be open. 😒🙄

Absolutely terrible experience the manger guy with glasses was rude very nasty attitude I wouldn't recommend my dog to come to this store customer service horrible 😡😡😡
