No good customer service what so ever! The staff has a bad problem cursing in front of customers and I experienced that in most DTLRs in the Chicago land area. The manager should lead by example. No one offered to help, it wasn't welcoming and not one friendly smile. I think my business and my money can go elsewhere. So sad!

HORRIBLE!! The cashier was very unprofessional she was dressed in pajamas with bleach stains,a shirt that was too short and had her belly out, we walked up to the register to be rung up she continued to argue with the security guard about the air because everyone complained it was too hot in the place,terrible experience I’ll never go again,the staff just stood around and laughed and joked with each other no one tried to see if we needed help, the whole staff has terrible customer service

So they were conducting a raffle for the retro one confirmed by one of my friends who just left the store at 435 and they proceeded to tell me that they had just stopped the raffle even though they said they were going till 5 it was 440 and she didn’t know the time they stopped. Thank god for minimum wage.
