From the moment we walked in the store the young lady was unwelcoming. She had an issue or attitude. The young men tried to help but she was rude. Rolling her eyes, no thank you or how did I find anything. Then the gentleman brought the shoe out to try on and when we went to register there was little to no customer service being utilized. She was irritated because after the shoe was tried on he placed on counter so when she opened box it was only one shoe. She would’ve known if she simply spoke. I could’ve spent my $200 elsewhere but it was close. I will be calling corporate as well! Poor experience and DTLR is better than this.

Definitely need to work on ppl skills. Specially the young lady. Her customer service is horrible. She's very rude and unprofessional.

This is my favorite Villa and the only one I will patronize. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of Retros and there is always a sale... Between my son and me, we support and you should too...

They need better customer service they sit in the store on they cellular phone even when the customer come in they need to stop because they already not getting no business no way
