The food was really bad. Sole fillet with mashed potatoes was looking so sad, the fish was a little smelly and mashed potatoes were cold.

Overall this was a below average experience, particularly when you factor in the price. Service was ok, but everything took a long time and half of our food was cold, which we then had to send back. I’ve definitely eaten/drank here before and it was pretty good, but the other experiences weren’t enough to make up for this one.

Ahh I love this new darker atmosphere at night! The drinks are always so creative and vibe is always on point. Such a great neighborhood spot. We’ll be back and back again!

Wanted to give a shoutout to everyone at Vincent who helped make our Thanksgiving dinner special. All the items were delicious and passed the Grandma test ?

elegant but not pretentious...we didn't know what to expect at vincent as we were looking to feed our bellies after watching a comedy show and imbibing at the riv.the truffle fries caught my eye right away -- a very generous serving but a tad salty. the chopped salad was perfection - evenly dressed, all veggies fresh and crips and not drowning in dressing. my husband was very happy with the mussels -- again another generous portion.the dessert wasn't groundbreaking - apple cake with gelato. as we left, they were drawing the curtains, moving tables and changing the lighting so wish we could stay for what looked like evening entertainment.

You know the scene from the 2005 version of Pride and Prejuidice where Darcy professes his love to Elizabeth: "you have bewitched me, body and soul, and I love--I love--I love you. I never wish to be parted from you from this day on."? This is how I feel about the Half Chicken Dinner from Vincent. It was phenomenal- easily one of the best things I have eaten this year. We did all the courses and I brought home half of the chicken to have for dinner tonight and it is just as good. The ambiance/atmosphere is nice- dark and candle light with Van Gogh paintings on the wall. They had house cocktails- but I settled for a beer and a gin and tonic (heads up- they also had that good pebble ice- which if I had known would have just gone GNTs all night). Finished the night with the flourless chocolate cake, which is served with whipped cream and a blackberry coulie. Outstanding. Service was fantastic. I absolutely will be back.

Always an incredible experience! On my last visit, I asked some of the servers what kind of cheeses were on my cheese and charcuterie plate and he really didn't know and didn't offer to find out. They were all tasty regardless!

Service: Hard-working, attentive & friendly. When we were there this past weekend, the restaurant & bar were very busy and the staff was doing a great job.Food: Delicious food throughout. The fried squash & onion soup starters were VERY good. We each had the trout entree - also delicious. The seasonal cocktails were spot on!Ambiance: Very loud & very dark. Even with their renovation transforming the previous 2-room space into one large room, Vincent remains a small intimate restaurant. That works well - until the place fills up & management cranks up the music. Then the shouting starts. Then the lights dim low. Then the intimate mood of Vincent is reduced to the soft white glow of lights from patrons' iPhones, trying to read the menu. OK for some, but our table neighbors on both sides were complaining about the dim lighting & crazy noise level.

Walked in on a stormy night, and was immediately served the best cocktail of my life. Couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Literally...best Friday ever. Would recommend 100%!0

This is a charming and cozy place with great food, but be sure to check ahead of your visit to be certain there won't be any entertainment...? We didn't know there would be a singer that night, and he has a large following (and a large "presence") and we just weren't feeling it! It was impossible to have a conversation, but the staff were very helpful and found us a space outside, which was perfect!

I was underwhelmed by the food for the price. Tiny oysters, underseasoned rainbow trout, a soggy beet salad, and spaghetti with clams featuring a grand total of six rather undersized and dry clams; the prevailing taste was salt. The service was nice enough, except for one guy who was clearly having a bad day reflected in his surly disposition. A nice space, with music piped in just a little too loud if you wished to hold a conversation.

Went to Vincent for brunch today, from a friends recommendation. Welcoming, intimate space, very friendly and helpful service. Our food was perfect-simple brunch/breakfast food, and the wine we chose was delicious. Do yourself a favor and get the house made English muffins...they are maybe a little biscuit like, but the preserves are fantastic.

We tried twice to get seated at Vincent's in the same evening. We had a friend who needed outside seating and were told it would be a 45 minute wait, so went elsewhere. However, we noticed that after about ten minutes, an additional seating area was opened up for another group. This wasn't offered to us. After a lovely dinner elsewhere, we tried again to get seated for drinks. There were two free tables of two and we asked if we could have one of those with an extra chair. We were told that this would make other customers "feel uncomfortable" and would block the aisle (interesting comment given one was in a corner and the other at the far end of the space with no further tables past it). I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Once again, the additional seating area was not offered to us. The overwhelming feeling was that they had no interest in serving a tourist (British accent marking me out somewhat!) over regulars. I don't like reviewing places where I didn't actually get served, but given the clear attitude, it's worth warning others.
