This place was easy and nice when I came in for my exam and glasses. The glasses arrived quickly and were impressed. However, it's after receiving the glasses that this store and most of their employees were assholes. The one white guy was the nicest. Anyway, I came back because I could not get used to the progressive glasses and wanted two pairs instead of one and was presented with rude and reluctant behavior. They just kept telling me how to wear glasses and adjust computer. I've never had issues with any glasses I've ever worn. This location doesn't stand by their policy. The bigger maybe Hispanic lady was also very rude and rolled her eyes while asking, "What don't you like about the glasses?" Additionally, I made an appointment because customer service told me to just in case I needed another exam. This lady rudely says, "You don't need an appointment. That's for exams only. " I kept my cool and did not turn into a Karen, but was 2 seconds from losing my shit.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They didn't rush and they made sure I had all that I needed take care of my vision. The appointment for an eye exam went on without a huge wait time (about 2 minutes) and I got a recommendation for a better choice of eye drops for my situation. I even left with a coupon that saved me a lot on the eye drops. There was an offer to see if I wanted to get into contact lenses and a possible fitting. Checking my eligibility from my insurance was a breeze. I can't wait to pick up my new pair of glasses.

I spoke with Crystal this morning and she was very rude and accusatory. I had an insurance question regard myself and my child. She accused me of wanted to commit insurance fraud. Sometimes it’s what you say and how you say it. I wasn’t aware of how the insurance worked and properly explaining things to me as a vision works representative would have been great instead of accusing the customer of wanting to commit insurance fraud.

My experience was great, the only thing I have an issue with is the inability to provide expedited replacement of eye glasses that are necessary to perform daily activities at home and work.

Thursday, 2/1/24 I was a first time patient with a 5pm appointment. I made it to my appointment 20 minutes early. My pre-exams were complete by my actual scheduled time BUT THEN, I’m waiting for FORTY-FIVE minutes before the doctor is ready for me. By now, I have already walked out when I receive a call from staff saying I left just as the doctor was coming for me. The purpose of an appointment is to provide you with an allotted time for you. Now, I am a realist, sometimes a grace period is needed for the doctor to finish up with a previous patient but 45 minutes is unacceptable and selfish of MY time. THAT for me is a deal breaker because FOR ME, this means I am not valued as a patient/customer and it’s inconsiderate. I will not return to this particular location.
