Placed one order and it was canceled by VK with no explanation. I tried to call them several times but only got recordings. I left three messages to return my call and received zero callbacks. Don't waste your time or money.

The COMPANY IS SELLING FAKE ROYAL HONEY AND DUPLICATING THERE BOX TO LOOK REAL, THE ORANGE IS THEIR FAKE REPLICATED PRODUCT AND THE RED YOU SEE IS THE ORIGINAL AUTHENTIC ROYAL HONEY, I ORDER FROM HIMS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE PROPER AUTHORITIES TO INVESTIGATE..Hello this message is in reference to order Order #36469. I received my order of royal honey and open the box, I used one sachet the same day and it didn't work for my ED. I just tried a second sachet yesterday thinking maybe it was just that one sachet made with just syrup but same thing happened with the second, there isn't any sildenifil of 20 mg in the whole box altogether..Its not even real 100% pure honey..Now to rectify this ill sell, you can send me another order of AUTHENTIC ROYAL HONEY AND I CAN RETURN THE BOXES YOUVE MAILED OUT, OR I YOU CAN GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND AND I RETURN..Hopefully WE DON'T HAVE TO RESULT TO 3RD MEASURE..

Hello this message is in reference to order Order #36469. I received my order of royal honey and open the box, I used one sachet the same day and it didn't work. Be very careful when receiving your order and if they call to request a replacement for another item. I was sent an incomplete order and missing items worth $62 in total, they sent the remainder of my order and was suppose to refund me for the amount of $8 for the out of stock item. I still haven't received my refund and the item is still listed on their website as in stock. I also notice there are some incense sticks they have included in my incense assorted pack that is not listed on there website.4/25/22 - I have received the second order as said above but why is that the assorted had item not listed on your website? and the other problem was one of the replacement product you sent wasn't equal to the amount I paid for the out of stock item and you were suppose to refund me the difference but I never receive it

ORDERED A WASHINGTON REDSKIN ZIPPO LIGHTER WITH THE HELMET THAT DEPICTED THE HELMET WITH THE INDIAN LOGO (SHOWED TO BE IN STOCK) AND RECIEVED THE NEW GENERIC WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM LIGHTER INSTEAD. I CALLED THEM AND GOT THE EXCUSE THAT THE LIGHTER I RECIEVED WAS WHAT ZIPPO SENT THEM. IN STOCK MEANS THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD IT ON HAND WITH THAT BEING SAID I ASKED WHY DID THEY NOT CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE LIGHTER ON HAND AND OFFER ME A REFUND OR TELL ME ABOUT THE PRODUCT THAT WOULD TAKE ITS PLACE, AGAIN I GOT THE EXCUSE THIS IS WHAT ZIPPO REPLACED IT WITH. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, MAINLY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME ABOUT THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A DIRECT ANSWER AS TO WHY I WAS NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. I WILL KEEP THE LIGHTER AS A REMINDER TO BE MORE CAREFUL DEALING WITH ONLINE COMPANIES IN THE FUTURE. I WISH GOOGLE HAD A NUMBER RATING INSTEAD OF STARS BECAUSE THE RATING WOULD BE AT BEST 1 OUT OF TEN SINCE WE CANT RATE IT LOWER THAN A STAR.

We own a truck wash in Tulsa, Ok and we found out that a lot of truck drivers need personal hygiene items and other things to help them while on the road. We used VK Wholesale to supply our general and we received excellent customer service a few things were broken they replaced them and shipped them next day and mad everything right. Great experience we will be using them in the future.
