That Walgreens have bad customer service, they leave on the phone and never come back. Instead of them saying: could you hold please....they put you right back on hold for an hour.

Excellent for Covid testing and getting results. As well as getting your prescriptions filled.

The ladies at the registers are polite and as courteous as can be most of the time. I understand the stress that comes with the job when working with the public and they're doing a great job. The pharmacy however is not as helpful. The line is long and slow moving and the technicians are even slower. I've had more than my share of greeting the employee and feeling as if I did something wrong! My big P-O however is the phone service! They don't answer. The greeting comes on asking me what service I need; I reply. Then they tell me to hold. I hold, listening to elevator music...music over, someone picks up the phone and immediately puts it back on hold. This happens 3 or 4 times before I hang up and try again. I'm tired I just want my medicine delivered because I'm disabled. Is that too much to ask? Walgreens's pharmacy answer the phone. People are sick and need their medicine but your customer service is not helping. Didn't you take the oath? 3 stars for the front register and 0 for pharmacy.

Got me in and out no complaints. Went straight to the item and walked in the line. Store was fairly clean. Definitly wasn't cluttered like other Walgreens stores

Been calling the pharmacy all day literally says I have one caller ahead an still been waiting for another 20 min till I just hung up I called again and the same thing just need one answer this is crazy
