Current review:
I cannot overstate how appalled I am with the Walgreens pharmacy. I was told over the phone that my son could receive his Covid vaccine here and even had an appointment scheduled. When we arrived the next day, not only did they deny the appointment, but they flat-out refused to administer the vaccine — even though it is legally covered under our insurance. My son has a disability and multiple health risk factors, which I made clear, and this pharmacy still chose to turn him away.
The pharmacist didn’t even bother to get out of her chair to address us, instead treating us with complete rudeness and dismissal. The technician, Cesar, outright lied to us and then tried to cover himself by printing out CDC guidelines that didn’t even apply to our situation. It was an insulting, unprofessional, and downright negligent experience.
This is not just bad customer service — this is discrimination and a dangerous failure of care. Walgreens should be ashamed for putting barriers in place for high-risk patients who need protection. We will never trust this pharmacy again, and I strongly urge others to take their business somewhere that actually respects patients, honors appointments, and understands their responsibility to the community.

This is a very poorly run pharmacy - we have been waiting two days for a critical medication for our child who just had surgery, if he doesn’t get the medication he will go blind. Our doctor has confirmed and resent it in three times to this location and yet they claim to have no record of it. I showed them the screenshot of the medication sent in and they acted like I was crazy. They didn’t even offer to call the doctors office to get it sorted out. Their customer service skills are absolute garbage. We will never go back here and quite frankly if anything happens as a direct result of not getting this medication in a timely manner, we will sue.

I used to get my prescription field on 71st street in Weston. They changed me over 271st. And palaski, the service in there is terrible. They don't treat you. We'll make you feel like you. And I'm gonna grab it. Would I go back there again on 71st in palaski? No, I'm looking for me a new pharmacist to go to now. The customer service in there was bad. I don't like the Pharmacist is always awake when you go there

I don’t like this pharmacy. Their lack to answer their calls is rude. They let the phone ring, pick up the phone and place you back on hold. They need to get their customer service skills up to par. They have many elders and disabled people in the area that need their meds or have questions. I waited on the phone for 10 mins with no answer.

I was in line had 6 customers waiting in cashier line had Brandon cashier on his bright red ear piece in sight talking on the phone. Customer was asking questions and him ignoring her while talking on phone about plans to go to the park... needs to get off phone and get to work..

Got a covid/flu test here and got my results within the hour. A necessary good in todays day and age of medicine, shout-out to the pharmacist Janessa who helped me get tested and made the process as easy and effective as possible

Beatris, the cashier had an attitude and belittled me over a sale that they were having. Kept rolling her eyes at me and smacking her lips as well as talking to me like I was slow or something. Had an attitude problem and asked me if I had a problem. "If you dont put in the magic number (phone number I'm guessing due to sarcasm) then you won't get the magic (the discount)" all her words. There's no need to be so sarcastic and all you have to say is phone number stupid a**

I don't know if it is recent or something but the service in the pharmacy was great for me, Miguel was kind and helpful, also Jim was quite nice when I was in the store
