Rude and incompetent. My Dr and insurance authorized a vital prescription but they wouldn’t fill it and wouldn’t give a reason why. When they finally agreed to fill it they told me they’d fill it first thing in the morning. When I got to the drive through at 10:45 it wasn’t ready. The technician didn’t stay to answer any questions, in the middle of my question she turned around and walked away.
I come here every month due to its location and have routine bad service. I’ve come to expect it, but this month was particularly bad because I had to delay my vacation due to their incompetence and poor customer service.

Everytime I come to the drive through it's a long wait. Last time I went inside and tye wait want that bad. If I wasn't in extreme pain I would go in again right now.

$3 off coupon was clipped for my order. After about 15 minutes with a manager I agreed to have Walgreens cash added to my account. After I paid for my order was paid for, a coupon printed out. That was not the offer and not what I wanted! Additionally, you really need to be able to unclip a coupon when they are not what is expected. Nivea has 3 offers. BOGO 50% I bought
[email protected]. I clipped a$2 coupon. This brought my total to $14.48 I didn't purchase because I wanted the 5 off not the 2 off.

Walgreens is responsible for their store upgrades. Their bathroom is horrible, door doesn’t lock safely, bathroom dirty (OCD nightmare) I take water pill meds I take water pill med, when I got home I took a bath asap. Come on Walgreens you have good business & yet your bathroom is nasty…..

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. I asked the lady if I could put my new insurance card on file she was like “ ugh, I don’t think it will work”. She then places me on hold and then comes back saying. “ it didn’t work, your insurance doesn’t cover prescriptions”. I said “ on my insurance website it says prescriptions are covered”. She gave me such a horrible attitude.To the women I spoke to today. If you don’t like your job you don’t have to suffer you can find a new job. To everyone else. If you want your medicine go somewhere else. They barely answer the phone, they are rude and half the time medication you need is on back order.

I wish I could give 0 stars to the pharmacy and particularly the pharmacist, Kriste. I requested my blood pressure medication be delivered via the app. The app said it would be delivered by 9p. At 830p I decided to call. Kriste informed me it was too late and it will be delivered tomorrow. My blood pressure meds. She blamed it on DoorDash and her attitude was, "oh well, too bad, so sad". Was I rude to her? Yup! Did I use foul language? Yup. This pharmacist and this pharmacy is wrecking Walgreen's reputation. I contacted the store manager, Maritza, who was wonderful, and understanding and told me I was not the first person to complain about the pharmacy and specifically Kriste. So tomorrow I shall be looking for a new pharmacy. ZERO STARS. This is not the first, second, or even third problem with this pharmacy. It's MULTIPLE problems. My blood pressure medicine. Did I say ZERO STARS?

What's wrong with this place ?they close down the pharmacy for lunch break...that's ridiculous. I have been twice today in here to pick up prescription and both times was closed....!!! They don't know rotation of break at this place
