8/10/25 (Walgreens Austin and Addison). This review is a long time coming, and I apologize submitting this so late. I want to give a shout out and thank you to Kathy from the photo department.
Last year, she went above and beyond to help me improve the quality of a blurry photo I had to submit to my bank in order to get a refund. (It was a fuzzy text message from Boost if you recall this, Kathy), and you literally spent 45 minutes with me enlarging, shrinking, cropping and fine running this photo every way possible. I can't thank you enough for your kindness, dedication and tireless effort to assist me.
Never in my life have I received such dedicated service from a store employee like this! This location is also nice to go to in general. It's well stocked and the register assistants are very friendly, but if you need photos printed, Kathy is definitely the person to visit. Thank you again, I really appreciate your help.

The employees at Walgreen’s like Teresa up front and the pharmacy people are great.
The way I see it is that customers don’t know their insurance and more and hold up lines.

for a month now there is a loud constant buzzing coming from the back door of this Walgreen's. manager was notified and didn't do anything. how long can this go on for? you can hear it all night.

It's so quick! The young lady was multitasking and still effectively took care of me and someone on the phone at the same time. I will get my meds from here from now on.

The pharmacy is usually a long wait. The pharmacy assistants tend to be rude, likely due to the short staffing that also causes the wait. After Mayor or Bears coach, these clerks seem to have the worst jobs in Chicago.

Horrible customer service as soon I walked I was already being followed by there shift lead Mayra. Calling the cops on me for no reason cause I look different.

Just your typical Walgreens, they always have everything I need in stock every time I go. I really adore their seasonal items and usually have new products throughout the year.

They decent and caring and quick. Levels of confidence respectfully understanding. Not to far from my place and close to my doctors appointments.
Not like Lawrence and Pulaski I needed something more personal courtesy towards my areas. Their view in vibes sometimes seems like they’re afraid of something… hmm strange. No one should feel thee uneasy about anything nor anyone. We are are own shield of our self a journey of life. Ciao Red ??
