Would give zero if I could. Doctor called in 3 months of prescriptions. First, walgreens says I have to call in each time to trigger the refill. Fine. I call in to fill it, they tell me it's too soon (controlled drug). I tell them it has been exactly 30 days and is not too soon. They proceed to tell me there is no record of any script on file at all. Suddenly they have nothing. I call my doctor to ask them to call in the script bc now it's empty and they seem to have lost the virtual script. They tell my doctor they have it and there's no need for her to call in. Absurd. This place is a joke.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy you can go to. There is zero communication about your script. After being told that my script would be ready today by 10:00 am they did reach out to me to tell me they do mug even gave the medication in stock. I called for a refill 2 weeks ago.

I called Walgreens several times. My calls were not answered. I was having my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. I wanted to know if the process had been completed. I had to drive there just to get an answer that could have been given over the phone. When pickup my prescription, the wait was very long. I like CVS services much better. I Transferred to Walgreens due to a change with my insurance plan.
