Excessive 25 minute wait in line to pick up prescription. It didn’t look like there was a staffing issue just unmotivated employees.

I literally can’t comprehend how both CVSs around this Walgreens gets the exact same prescription of adderall WEEKS before this Walgreens does. Employees seem nice but I truly can’t wait months for a prescription I need when my roommate can get the same prescription in days at the CVS NEXT DOOR.

I've never written a review because I've always felt that some people have bad days. This time, I felt pressed to share. Unfortunately, I've had to visit this pharmacy multiple times, and all but one time, the line was down the aisle. When I call in, I'm always told it will be ready after 4 pm (rush hour). Are they short staffed? A couple of the pharmacy cashiers are pleasant., but there are a couple of ladies that don't even acknowledge that a human just stepped up to the counter. At least they didn't for me. "Im not ready" she said without a hello or eye contact. The same woman the time before that stared at a screen for minutes trying to puzzle something out (the cashier next to her as well) as I just stood there without any acknowledgment, a "one second" or "sorry for the wait." I've also waited for days for them to "hear from my doctor" They said they called everyday and faxed. I said I would reach out to the doctor. In the docs office she showed me her computer screen with zero messages from them. Can we do better? It's evident by the sea of faces in line that I am not alone in these feelings.

This was honest to god the worst experience i have ever had in a retail setting. I had to go here twice because the first time the man working there was hitting on me and making me so uncomfortable as a young alone woman that i cried in the walgreens until he left me alone, none of the staff who observed this did anything. The second time the people were not just unhelpful but cruel as well and all in all they didnt even have the products they advertised online and in the store because the employees did not understand the printing process. i was also overcharged for different products by the employees and they told me there was no way for me to recieve my money back. I understand being in retail and having a hard day sometimes makes helping customers difficult HOWEVER i have been here several times and it has been the same. I honestly want to get a lawyer at this point for sexual harassment and theft because i have never been so appalled by a companies lack of oversight and actions by employees.

This has got to be one of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with. 20 minutes in line and they didn't even have what I needed. I don't understand why they never put more than one person on a register at a time until long after the line starts to wrap around the store. It's ridiculous.

Terrible pharmacy at 6121 North Broadway. While I have a child who sits in pain and needs her medicine this pharmacy can't track anything down. I am not sure they understand their own systems. Our doctor sent the prescription over and it was verified by their location and they have not found it. Our doctor will not send anything unless it gets verified. My wife and I have called multiple times. We have had to wait 2 or more hours on each call to get them to answer the phone. Each time we speak with someone they give different information. Clearly the Pharmacy managers do not do their job.Truly embarrassing and incompetent service.

This is for the store..not the pharmacy..to comment on a couple teviews..things are locked because of shoplifting. The beauty employee who was following customers..he does that to everyone regardless of race. Store always shorthanded.Employees friendly ..Beggars outside store CONSTANTLY asking for money. I saw 4 different ones once. One sets up her chair. A couple lean against store as they sit. Why are they not asked to leave? I would like to enter and exit without being asked for money. Customers SPEAK UP. Enough feedback and maybe they will do something

Very poor pharmacy service. Staff not customer oriented. Customer left to own devices in solving staff errors and authority personnel always absent or unproductive on interactions with subordinate staff and the customers.

I dropped off a simple prescription for a toothpaste my dentist wants me to use. I dropped it off at 2pm, and was told it would be ready at 3pm. Hmmm. It would take an hour for someone to walk over to the right pharmacy shelf and get it. OK.At 3pm, I returned and was told it wouldn't be ready until 3:30pm. When I dropped off the prescription, they said they had it in stock. OK.Apparently, it will take over an hour and a half to walk 15 feet and get the box to fill the order.

The pharmacy is completely understaffed. It’s painful to watch them struggle at this point. Long gone are the days of “your prescription ready in an hour”. I’m dealing with some unexpected acute pain and a doctor called in a prescription and they said due to being backed up it wouldn’t be ready for 3-4 hours. Management needs to pay staff better so they hold on to good people.

I have always been accommodated by the staff. Though I really recommend more staff. But have never had a problem they didn't resolve for me.

Ordered 1 to 2 day express delivery of medication on Sunday. Now Thursday... run out of medication, no delivery, can't pick up as sick at home, and pharmacy about to close. Called this morning and basically got the response "oh well, they didn't pick it up for delivery. Maybe later today or tomorrow".

Whenever I am visiting family this is the go to place in the case that I forget something at home. Nice clean place, I would recommend.
