I had an awful experience with Julie (pharmacist) today. I have never spoken to a pharmacist so obviously arrogant and unwilling to listen to the customer. Sometimes I think pharmacists maybe forget that although we are customers, we are also patients who need medicine for, most times, serious conditions. I called with Julie 3 times in under an hour because she did not listen to me the first or second time I called. She continuously repeated herself, as if anticipating my words, instead of listening to my specific request. In response, I repeated my words so much that I had to literally ask her to listen to me. Julie should be more willing to assist customers or find a new profession that will bring her joy.

The workers working in the pharmacy are very arrogant, angry, and biased. If we say or ask anything, they get angry and yell that they won't make your medicine😡😡😡😡

Shaymaya The pharmacy tech working at 615 on 9/17- a horrible human. Extremely rude and has no bedside manner for clients. When I asked her when my script would be ready she said well you can stand there and wait. I’m not dealing with you when she was the one who told me to come back in an hour for the script. A truly disgusting character looks in all. Will 100% be moving my care to a different service as no one deserves to be treated the way they continuously treat everyone.

This pharmacy is a joke. There's never enough staff, I've been in there on a few occasions and there's 8-12 people in line and only one associate there to assist.

the pharmacist here (her name is Elena) is truly insufferable and not doing her job. She sat there chatting about how busy she was, speaking incredibly loudly for all to hear, talking about her trips to Bali and Mexico, sharing videos, pictures, etc. with a customer already wrapped up with help. All the while my prescription was said to be ready by today and they told me they needed 30-45 more minutes to fill it. I waited an hour and a half while my meds waited for her approval as she talked for a nauseatingly long time about Bali parties and cultural talking points in Bali that were quite frankly offensive to the culture. Nora, however, was incredibly charismatic and helpful, doing her best to keep everyone happy. They need a new pharmacist.

The staff here was not attentive to the customers at the front desk. There were multiple people working, and two of them were at a computer, one on her phone, rather than acknowledging the line.
This location did not notify me when my prescription had been filled so I had to check through the automated phone system repeatedly to find out when the prescription was ready. Since it was a somewhat time sensitive medication this was frustrating and disappointing.
The attitude of the staff was dismissive and they seemed irritated to be there, which creates a pretty hostile environment, especially when working with potentially sick people. Would avoid this location if at all possible.

I went in to do a walk-up appointment for two vaccines the waiting room was empty I waited for 20 minutes I went up to the desk to ask when I will be seen this rude Asian older woman rudely kept saying “we’re busy do you see what we’re doing” she was so hostile and unapproachable she said they only prioritize appointments. I understand they have things to do but she could have taken 5 minutes of her very busy schedule to give a vaccine but no she proceed to talk and laugh with her coworker.

The Phone System was down
Or some other reason. Couldn't talk to Anyone in Pharmacy ! They made a big mistake - charging me 91.00 for meds. That R 4.00. Because they didn't Update my Insurance to this Year.
