Beyond awful. The place is a zoo, and good luck getting any service from the staff. Yes pharmacies are generally overworked right now, but as a HCW I recommend going to any other pharmacy in the area.

Is supposed to be 24/7 open but for some reason is close always between 1am and 3am. At all times.

Beware! This store is not open 24hrs. Don't let them deceive you. Don't bother driving here because they are closed all the time. I have gone three different times (approximately at 1am or 2am) in the last two months (June and July 2023) and they are closed. They are not open 24hrs.

This Walgreens needs extra pharmacist working the pharmacy. Expect a minimum of +45 min to get your meds. It's comical really. Everyone laughs when they see the line because it's expected.

This is a pretty standard Walgreens, not super great but standard. Until I had a bad experience getting my Accutane filled, which requires the pharmacist to confirm me in an external system (iPledge) before the prescription shows up. The pharm tech at the front took one look at the system, saw the Rx wasn't in, and instead of trying to figure out the problem or listen to me, seemed to be personally offended when I tried to explain the iPledge system to her and ask to speak to the pharmacist. Long story short, I wasn't able to get my Accutane because she insisted the prescription was not in, and when I returned after my doctor confirmed they had sent the prescription, the deadline to place orders had passed and they were out of stock, so I wouldnt be able to get it until Monday... in 4 days, past the iPledge deadline. The pharmacist was nice and apologized for not knowing how iPledge worked. The pharm tech on the other hand... all she could say was "we didn't know." Yes. That's why I was explaining things. If you need regular prescriptions this pharmacy is fine. If you need anything requiring someone to understand and listen, DO NOT come here.UPDATE: I ended up having to call the pharmacy again because they needed to reverse the fill order so I could get it at a different pharmacy. Apparently it was processed under incorrect credentials and showed up as an order from somewhere in Elmwood Park. Dave the pharmacist was great and called the Walgreens in Elmwood for me. I don't want to spread negativity about the great staff here. But the pharm tech at the front made this task unnecessarily difficult, was rude and dismissive, and honestly created this giant mess that Dave had to fix. They need to fire her or train her because I am never coming to this Walgreens again.

I stopped by with family visiting Chicago, it was Monday February 6, by 3:00 pm, this manager Herminia or wherever her name is, is a very aggressive person, I just asked a question and she answered like fighting, please for that nice store and we the customers deserves a person who really enjoy her job, no like this lady, I think just to see her attitude is very scary. I rather go to another location, what if I have a question? I won't dear to talk to her.

3rd time that I've tried to come to this "24/7" Walgreens and they've had a "system down back soon" sign scribbled on the door. I'm fine with people closing their business at a reasonable hour but don't advertise being open. Save some money and turn the lights off

I have the flu and sent my prescription here. It took 2 hours to "fill my prescription" then I walk the 20 min it takes to get there (with the freaking flu) and they inform me that there is no medicine in stock for me. Why would a pharmacy take a prescription they can't fill? Why would they wait 2 hours knowing they can't fill it? Why do I have to show up to find out they don't have my medicine. It shouldn't be up to the sick customers to discern whether or not a pharmacy can give me the medicine they agreed to give me. It should fall on the workers to inform me that they can't fulfill their one and only job. Actually so frustrating and demoralizing. But nothing will even happen to them. They will just come tinder being poor workers and even worse healthcare professionals. I hope they read this and seriously reconsider the amount of effort they put in to their job because it's the sick customers who have to suffer.

The absolute worst pharmacy. They never have things in stock and I'm forced to go days without my meds because their lack of ordering and leadership. Horrible customer service. This place is complete garbage. Shut it down.

It would be great if the pharmacy department was better budgeted from corporate. The line to pick up and drop off prescriptions is terrible and on average a 12-20 minute wait. The staff is always super professional and resourceful but their workload is clearly heavy. Please hire more pharmacists and cashier personnel in the Pharmacy department. I recommend to Bring a chair and snack while you wait. I've been to plenty Walgreens Pharmacies and only have issues with wait time at this location. *Sigh*
