Chick in pharmacy drive-thru need some serious training with customer service skills. If you don't like your job, leave. Not my fault you're miserable. I love the guy and another woman that's usually there. They are very nice people and makes sure I understand each of my medications. Train her!

I made an appointment for my second Covid booster shot at Walgreens on Tuesday. I got a confirmation text and a confirmation email that my appointment was confirmed for the next day. I walked to Walgreens and was on time for my appointment. When I got there I was told that they were out of stock for boosters. No one called me to let me know ahead of time so I wasted Time for a shot that they didn't have in stock. I emailed them to tell them that it was a bad idea to make appointments for shots that they don't have in stock. I have never heard back from them.

This is the 2nd time recently at this location that I purchased milk that had a sour taste. I've also seen kids riding their bikes in store. Disappointing... I was a regular customer.

This place is a joke. I paid nearly double for my prescription than what I would pay at my local Walgreens (which is unfortunately closed for now) I also asked to speak to a manager when my manufacturer coupons were not accepted it was only 2. Mind you they were not expired and she said they do not accept any coupons during the pandemic which is a lie but I think she didn't want to do her job! Then she proceeded to walk away with her nose in the air as if her s*** don't stink! Avoid this location unless you want shitty service from a shitty manager!

pharmacy is trash , my gf called to refill a prescription and they said it was gonna be ready in one hour but when we came in they didnt have it ready . poor service

Is impossible believe that in this store that I coming for years the young man cashier didn't want to exchange a $20 bill, I was waiting for a while till he finish to attend to other customer and before he closed the cashier machine I asked him for the exchange and he said no! This is how you treat your customers? well I went to a CVS store and they changed the bill with no problem!!

The manger isn't very friendly. I was waiting for someone to open the door by the bathroom, an employee walks right by me and tells me she can't open the door because she is on break. Then another employee walks by me and I ask him and he tells me someone will be right with me. Then the same employee from the first time walks by me and starts stocking the shelves, then the manager comes by and let him that two of his employees walked right by me and wouldn't open the door for me and he tells me while they're on break, I'm not going to make them work on break and I told him opening a door for a customer that needs to use the washroom it's not working ( first employee walk out of the door next to the wash room) this is my every day walgreens
