It is absolutely ridiculous how the pharmacy is run. On Friday they are closed at 8:00 pm. At 7:00 I stopped in to pick up my prescriptions (that I cannot have delivered) and the were closed Locke and in a break til 7:15 pm. And a second closure of the day for breaks! What other business in the world closes down so the employees can take lunch!!? You’re a pharmacy! People NEED their prescriptions. Do hospitals and emergency rooms need to start closing now for a “break”

They have a lot of souvenirs if you're over at Chicago for a visit. The store is a little small but it's pretty cool regardless.

Terrible service. If you need to take a photo, never take it here. The sellers are not competent, they cannot make the correct format and quality of the photo even the second time. But they still haven't downloaded the photo to the memory card. At my request to call the administrator...ignore.

This is primarily for the pharmacy and the automated service provided by Walgreens . They want you to buy drugs within 30 days . Well I really can't afford to do that nor do I want them telling me to do it! I would think giving them a week for a refill is more than enough time. Now if they have to call the doctor I would give him an additional week . But there's no way in hell I'm going to buy prescriptions that I don't need 30 days prior! This is a really sore spot for me and I'm sure for other people and really don't have the kind of money to spend on prescriptions.

Two employees can relax a bit and stop huffing and puffing when asked to check a price on an item . I never raised my voice at all and just told them the other Walgreens employee grabbed the item for me from behind the locked shelf and confirmed the price. They kept insisting the price was more than what was advertised. Anyhoo, I was correct after he went to check the tag and the product number matched ..of course they did not apologize. Just huffing and puffing away . I also asked If they had any more savings booklet and he said they don't give them out. I get one every month soooo....lol

I concede this Walgreens offers a decent front end experience- friendly staff. Sadly, the core business- pharmacy is a disaster - prescriptions are never ready and pharmacists are rarely available. This location is the worst of any due to the panhandler that is a fixture at the entrance of store - unsettling and he drinks and litters. find this @walgreens at the corner of gross and bad neighbor.

I schedule to get my Pfizer Covid vaccine here and I'm filling out the paperwork and they have me for moderna. The website says they have Pfizer when you schedule it, that's the appointment I had...and it sounds like they were aware of this issue but didn't feel bad about it at all. Literally not even an I'm sorry....I planned to get it done on the weekend so if I did feel I'd be well enough to work on Monday. The fact that they didn't even feel bad or try to help me more than they did or understand the frustration really just put a bad taste in my mouth. Clearly this is an issues on their end, when that happens try to show a little empathy or try to make it right. I swear most people don't care about customer service anymore
