Don’t waste your time. Not very helpful. “Forget” to order meds even if you speak with someone. Told someone will call back and they never do.

Discontinued their migraine program which was a big help to patients. They did this without informing patients prior, springing fees and making us all scramble to find new pharmacies that have to deal with oblique paperwork for our medication. One text, phone call or email could have sufficed. Very poor communication

Walked across the street from urgent care to pick up 2 prescriptions and I received superior service. They filled 1 of them immediately and after finding out that the 2nd one was out of stock, they called several other locations for me so that I could obtain it today. The young ladies working there went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful. Thank you ladies.

Great pharmacy on the *second* floor of northwestern hospital, Lavin family pavilion. (Almost) always has my rx in stock. Easy to get to a person to talk to on the automated phone system. They honestly make my life easier. By far the best Walgreens I’ve been to in the three states I’ve lived recently.

Pharmacy Tech provided excellent customer service. She displayed empathy and compassion as I had difficulty standing, so she allowed me to sit and brought me my medication. Thank you!

Great pharmacy. Despite what Google Maps says, this is located on the second floor, not the first floor.
Take the escalator from the lobby of the North Western building, then at the top of the escalator take a right, and you’ll find the pharmacy on your right.

Fabulous pharmacy, Great manager Steve and excellent pharmacists, and pharmacy interns and all the staff. Rarely wait, they are so helpful. it is our favorite store.

Best pharmacists, techs, and staff ever. They take care of everyone like its a small, family owned business rather than a corporate chain store. They're easy to get a hold of, great at communication, and always help me if a medication is out of stock.
