Good attention from the person who helped me look for medication.

Accepts EBT and WIC. Very helpful when you have a sick baby at Luries children’s hospital. Literally a 5 minute walk. Don’t even have to cross the street right on the corner. Lots of dry and canned goods and some cold items.

Absolutely horrible team of pharmacists. They are behind the counter not to help people but to create more troubles. Feels like it’s the entire purpose of their job. I understand being busy or understaffed but I won’t hate people whom I need to help just because corporate won’t give you more staff. Being a human is important above all

Many staff members walk around but actively avoid helping you. It is very frustrating. I tried to pick up and online order and clicked on the message that I was there. I waited 15 minutes and no one every came to the counter to help. The push button for assistance in the photo department is not there any more. Not customer friendly. Many items also out of stock.

With the closure of so many big chain retailers, you would think that this store would make customer service a priority. Not in my experience. I have to wonder if the reason that these 'managers and associates' are not concerned about customer satisfaction is due to tourism keeping their doors open. Most natives know that this location is the absolute last resort for basic needs. While I will not share my specific ordeal to protect the identity of those involved, just know that I will not patronize this location ever again and encourage others who are seeking to spend their dollars responsibly to not shop here either. For those who have had similar poor experiences at this location, please continue to share them enough that their corporate headquarters will do something about those currently staffed here and maybe even re-evaluate their hiring process. Unacceptable.

This is a cool Walgreens. They have a lot of stuff. The store is clean. The staff is nice! They have tech coolers that shows you what is in them before you open them.

My worst ever pharmacy experience. A lot of people make an effort to avoid doing their work. They consistently fall behind on their obligations. To give themselves more time to make up for it, they keep saying that they never received the prescription orders.

This store is dirty, crowded and the employees do not believe in customer service. No one will help you with anything. Particularly do not order things on line to pick up in the store. It took a very long time for someone to wait on me. Also the internet in the store wouldn't work and the help buttons are broken. The coupons are confusing too. Find another drugstore if you value your time.

No issues here. This location always has plenty of cashiers and a huge selection of items. Great place to buy souvenirs at a cheaper price as well.

This is the best Walgreens AND souvenir shop AND liquor store ever!!!!!! I knew a Walgreens on Michigan Ave was gonna hit right. I made my way to Michigan Ave hoping to buy some souvenirs but I learned from my time in Chicago 2013-2017 that Walgreens is the #1 place for all types of souvenirs. It did not disappoint whatsoever!!!!!! I literally bought like ten shirts!!!!! All priced at ~9.99-14.99 per shirt. They're so cute too, they're not tacky whatsoever. When I come home I want to rep Chicago to my greatest capability. I went to a few souvenir shops on Michigan Ave after this spot, and their prices were waaaaaay inflated, starting at $40 for a small Chicago plain shirt. No way, Jose! Walgreens is like the Forever 21 of Chicago merchandise. I even bought several mugs, all huge enough for my massive caffeine addiction, and so lovely like I got them at a quaint, home gift store. The staff was warm & welcoming. I also needed obvious drugstore items - mini hair spray, baking soda & salt for my homemade flu/cough/cold remedy, Bobby pins, leave in conditioner, more... The employee was underage scanning my hard pineapple kombucha (yum!) so the manager had to come. We both prayed to Jesus that it would go through so I could get my drink for tonight and for my flight tomorrow :) it was all settled I've attached a photograph of my merchandise that I purchased (the souvenir items)

The absolute WORST customer service. They are unprofessional, rude and go out of their way to not help!I scheduled my Covid booster & flu shots weeks ago. They called at 9:45 pm to say they changed their hours for vaccines. Now 9-5pm. My appt was at 5 - but she said no, cancelled. Refused to reschedule- said I needed to do on line. DONE, switching to CVS

For years, Walgreens has been a great anchor in communities. Allowing all of us to not only get prescriptions and over the counter medicines. Walgreens have morphed into one stop shops; you can buy groceries and house hold items. There is even a collection of wine and fresh sushi. To think, I only stopped in for chap stick.
