My brother was discharged from the hospital at 12 noon we all know that means 4pm anyway they send the prescription in at 12ish the Pharmacist said they just got it at 515pm not to mention it was a long line, one register open not a lot of helpful people for a Saturday and you tell me we close at 6...That's not our fault I see why Walgreens is closing rude customer service

I emailed walgreens. The district manager is aware of the problems, stated it has gone down hill. Lets see if anything changes and improves under new leadership after the acquisition.
I hope this can turn to a reliable pharmacy where medications are filled in reasonable time, prescriptions in stock, respectful staff, efficient wait times in store and on the phone.

This is probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy location I’ve ever been to. I’m always waiting at least 25 min in line for the pharmacy and that’s not even during rush hour. They are extremely slow and understaffed.

Terrible service by LeMonte in photo dept. Awful attitude - standoffish, passive aggressive for no reason, and I let him know. Waste of time.

Private equity has clearly already worked hard to ruin Walgreens.
The drive thru pharmacy line didn't move for 25 minutes so I thought I'd try going inside.
Nope. Several times the last few weeks the store stays closed for a random few hours at night? They can't even keep regular hours.
Just pathetic. Why would anyone keep their prescriptions here?
By the time I finish writing this it's now 35 minutes to help ONE SINGLE CAR.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE MONEY HELPING ONE CUSTOMER PER HOUR AND KEEPING YOUR STORE CLOSED AT WEIRD HOURS?!

I called them at 10:30 a.m., but no one answered. By 11:00 a.m., the system indicated that they were already on break. I continued waiting until 11:30 a.m., but still, no one answered. I waited all the way until 12:30 p.m., and no one responded at all. Please close this pharmacy if you can't operate normally.

This place randomly closes with no explanations. Not a good look for a pharmacy system that they don't even have backup system in place when they don't have a pharmacist available.

The front checkout line is quick. Shelves seemed Not to be stocked fully. The pharmacy seems to be backed up on its timing to get get prescriptions ready, always a long line

Walgreens needs to hire more ppl in the pharmacy dept. They are so overwhelmed that it’s providing a negative experience while waiting in this long line. Additionally, I think they just gave up on answering phone calls. This can’t be good for staff morale either. I gave them an extra star because they’re doing the best that they can. Let‘s go Walgreens corporate!

This pharmacy is terrible. Tons of errors with insurance (not using most recent card, busing wrong coding) and take so long. Today took the cake though. Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru, none of which was during their break time. One car was in front of me for most of that time - not 20. There’s no reason it should take that long. I was stuck as cars were behind me or I would have gone inside after a while. But looking in the window, they were waiting forever too. Gonna be moving to a different pharmacy.

Terrible service. The male pharmacist hung up on me twice. Never placed my orders after communicating with them for 3 days. He was extremely rude to the insurance company providing him the information.
