Absolutely terrible service at this pharmacy. I don’t recommend going there if you were in the area I would suggest that you try the Walgreens in Chinatown. The pharmacist is completely rude and arrogant and does not know how to talk to customers. The technicians that work there Are under trained and do not know the operations of the pharmacy or what is needed to be provided to customers. I have visited this pharmacy several times for prescriptions and off the counter medication’s and have been provided coupons regularly for my medication and was told that there are no existing coupons for off the counter medication, which is completely a lie . The pharmacist was completely rude and dismissive of my request, after i was already told by two of the technicians that work there, that there are coupons associated with the vitamins that I needed on two separate occasions I was told this. Though today, when I decided to pick up the vitamins, I was met with terrible customer service . Fortunately, I was assisted perfectly fine at the Walgreens in Chinatown. This is not my first terrible encounter with them but it will be my last and I suggest that you utilize another Walgreens within the area. .

The worst! The store is filthy, the employees clearly have never been trained on customer service. I waited 15+ minutes for someone to come help get something from a locked cabinet - eventually gave up and left. Not sure how you expect to have sales when that's how the store is run.

Me and my mom went to this location for me to finally get my photo for a passport.After waiting in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes or more,one of their unexpectedly rude employees told me to get back while still serving the exact same two customers in front of me in the photo section.Shortly after that finally,they nonchalantly told me that their "photo system" was not working and told me to go to another location that was a very good distance from this one.She said the one in "Greektown" was the the closest one to their location.All the more reason for them to fix the "photo system" at this location since yesterday.This reminds of how sketchy shopping in this area really is,but it's too many up and downs like the stock exchange in this area,period.Fix your photo taking system now.

this has become the worst Wagreens in the city. Their drive-through takes anywhere between 15 minutes to a half an hour the last time I went in and they're arguing with each other who should put the sign up because one of the drive-through lanes closed they are not helpful ever I most likely will be looking for a different Walgreens and I've lived here for over 22 years and I've used it for that long, but the staff there has gotten worse and worse in the last two years.

Worst Walgreens ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Waited for over an hour on the phone to fill a prescription for which I didn't have a prescription number for. Store manager and pharmacy staff hung up on me. Zero regard for my valuable time.

I have been coming to this Walgreens store and used to have very good, friendly, courteous experiences on each visit until last year. Starting last year, the customer service in this specific store has been frighteningly bad. I have had multiple interactions with the store staff where I was insulted for absolutely no reason. I would especially like to mention one of those interactions during which I was insulted in front of my 5-year-old son. Specifically, I pushed the customer service button in one of the aisles. After waiting 5 mins, one of the store associates came to unlock the cabinet. She handed me the item and walked away. As she walked away, I guess she was upset that I didn't thank her (I think)? Not sure if that was the reason but as she walked away she looked back at me and said very rudely: "You're welcome, by the way!" I looked up at her with disbelief because I didn't even realize what was going on since I was busy with my 5-year-old trying to stop him from touching everything in the store aisles.During another interaction with a different store associate, I had a large number of items at the checkout counter including a 24 case of water that is very difficult to carry. When it was my turn to pay at the counter, I loaded everything up on the counter and the store associate started scanning the items. As she scanned the 24 case of water, I asked her to please charge for 2 of those 24-packs. I said I can either run back to grab the second case of water right now or I can pay for everything first and then walk back to get the second case of water. She told me to go get it now. So I ran back to pick up a second case but when I got back to the counter, the store associate had canceled everything she scanned for me and started scanning items for another customer. When I asked her why she didn't wait, she simply looked up to me with annoyance and kept scanning the other items without any sort of answer or acknowledgment. These incidents, although minor, but they have forced us to choose another Walgreens as our go-to store/pharmacy (in Chinatown, amazing, friendly, helpful staff, love the staff at Chinatown store!)I have been living near the store in the south loop for 15 years now. It is sad that I had to stop going to a store that had been my neighborhood Walgreens for almost 14 years. But the staff at this store forced me to find another Walgreens store. I love Walgreens but I highly recommend going to another Walgreens store rather than giving your business to this Walgreens location.

I'd give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. The little young short black lady on the afternoon shift has a Horrible attitude and terrible customer service skills. She needs training and a good therapist as she got some issues

Extremely rude and inconsiderate employees. The employees were mad at me when I pointed out that their idiotic way of delegating who was to be rung up next was not efficient. This store needs to be closed down immediately since it's falling apart and is totally filthy.

Laughably slow. Twice waited over 30 minutes to simply pick up a script. Slow to process supposedly “rapid” COVID tests… 2 hour results turned into 48 hour wait times. Skip this one.

Came here to buy neosporin as an emergency to treat a pretty bad scrape. While slowly bleeding, waited for the cashier to open the nesporin cabinet forever. The cashier simply did not care to come or find someone else to help and kept chatting with someone. The store was empty... but did not seem like a convenience store, buying something simple took a while.
