Just left there n had to sit in my car to do this review. I went in for toilet paper and the old white lady was rude , additude and rolled her eyes at me. Then she tried being a smart ass and asked me if I wanted a bag for my 15 rolls of toilet paper !! she must think ima just walk out with them juggling!! she has the worst customer service and seems like Walgreens don't even care!!

The pharmacy is terrible at answering the phone. They either pickup the line and put you on hold so long it automatically hangs up OR that one pharmacist older white lady with the short grey hair is rude and unprofessional. Everyone else is fine except her. NO customer service skills.

Walgreens pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. My 76 year old grandfather called for the status update for his medication and testing strips. I could hear the lady on the phone talking loud and aggressively. Acting annoyed to his questions. They need new pharmacy staff.

This place is a joke. Made an appointment for the Covid shot and got here a hour early. Two hours later still waiting in line for the shot.

Waited 20 minutes to get service even after ringing the bell in the drive thru service. I could see people walking back and forth inside and just ignoring looking out the window. Rang the bell again AND knocked on the window. Finally someone acknowledged me but had too many excuses for the poor service. Apparently the pharmacy has little regard for the customer.

Don't bother trying to call this pharmacy. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes on a Tuesday, hearing them 'pick up' the phone and then wordlessly put me back on hold about 10 times. I thought, maybe I got lost in some weird glitch or loop, so I hung up and tried again. Nope, 10 more minutes of the same. I could hear voices and chatter every time, but nobody spoke to me once. Again, don't bother calling!

Slow slow slow slow slow pharmacy. Rest of store is fine. But if you need something from the pharmacy....drive to Indiana, it'll still take less time overall. Even if you lived next door to this location.

The pharmacy is the worst. Horrible service. Long waits and it's not even that many people. I'm glad I go elsewhere to get my medications. But, unfortunately I pick up medications for my parents occasionally. The old staff back in the days around the 90's were much better.

ZERO STARS. The pharmacy the is worst. They don't answer their phones at all or they have you wait and never pick up. Then they answer with an attitude. Fire everyone and start over.

Have to agree with the other reviews. The cashiers act as thought they wish you would leave. When they do open a second cashier ( when ) being the operative word. They take someone just walking up or the last guy in line. Seriously? Even the Dollar Store says " next person in line". The managers seemed to change and this place has gone from bad to worse. Unfortunately they do have you captive if you live on Southeast Side or Hegewisch.
