Kierra in the pharmacy department has a nasty attitude, poor customer service and a stiff bob. I dropped my daughters prescription off and didn't receive text alert that it was ready. Had my daughters mother call to enquire and Kierra told her it wasn't filled because they didn't have insurance information but I handed insurance card with prescription. She gave me an attitude because I stepped to prescription drop off counter without being told. I told her I didn't know I wasn't supposed to step up and she kept going with her slick talk and I gave her my own. So I guess I pissed her off enough she made sure my baby prescription didn't go in.

It's clear that bad service is the norm for this location. This Walgreens is horrible. The pharmacy will have you on hold for 20 plus minutes and hang up the phone. When you go inside; the workers at the pharmacy are all conversing with each other. I've called while inside the store to see if they actually even answer calls and they watched it ring. Horrible service when people are trying to get prescriptions transferred.

They will waste your time even if you schedule an appointment online. Appointment 6pm confirmed via email upon arrival apparently the person went on \\\"break\\\" and they asked could I come back at 8pm. Two hours really??? Disgusting

Walgreens is giving a booster shot that is not free it is being charged to your insurance company and that is not fair for recipients.

The worse service ever..they are lazy go to another Walgreens or try another company.. I needed them to call my insurance company to get a approval on my prescription. They didn't want to do it again. The guy was saying something under his breath to the other person about me. Which I don't like. I will not come back to this location again. I might go with CVS for now on, they might provide better service then this hood location.

Why should I have to wait until pharmacist get off break to get my meds??? Every time I go in to get my meds, it's always a long azz line. This isn't fare to customers. If I was going to a different Walgreens in a different location, I know I wouldn't have to deal with this shenanigans!

I am giving this location only one star and would give none to the pharmacy. Besides the LONG wait times the staff is EXTREMELY rude!!!! I should revise that and say most of the staff including a particular Pharmacist. This department needs major training concerning customer service and HIPPA laws. I understand due to the location they may have to put up with a few bad apples but it is imperative that we do not treat everyone the same...especially when I've been patient with your wait time AND attitude! If you do not want to be there then maybe you should sit the day out and get yourself together...as humans we sometimes need a minute. People are coming to you because they are sick so have some compassion for others!! I blame the corporate offices for lack of concern for these less than desirable locations. This is my neighborhood and we are not all bad apples and deserve superior customer service. But I guess if I don't agree or like something I can always go elsewhere.
