This Walgreens should get 0 stars honestly what kind of place closes there pharmacy at 5pm on a Saturday I went at 4pm to pick up my medicine and they told me it would be ready at 5pm came back and the drive thru was closed also went inside saw 4 employees coming out door was still open one of them could have gave me my medicine very very unprofessional now I have to hope I find a different Walgreens to find my medication that I need to take and I even tried to speak to a manager but he said to wait till tomorrow I don’t recommend coming here at all

The Pharmacy is the most incompetent Pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. The staff answers the phone with an attitude. They’re never pleasant and always rude and borderline arrogant..
I got home just now and again they screwed me over. I told them three times not to fill a certain prescription and when they’re in overstock, they will deliberately fill your prescription even if you told them not to fill the particular prescription.
And when you call and complain, they’ll tell you they can’t take the prescription back. I only use this pharmacy because they have a drive-through. I’m getting rid of them and I urge anyone not to use this Walgreens. They are arrogant, rude, and unprofessional to say the least they don’t care. That explains the low ratings they get when being reviewed.

Samantha in the pharmacy was great. Got me in and out quickly, and my flu shot was painless!
The rest of the staff is always really friendly too. Although, sometimes understaffed.

The pharmacy is ridiculous. They seriously need to find more reliable technicians. I was told a price for a medication, I picked it up and then they shorted me the medicine. I went back & then they say it’s going to be more because I was the wrong price they quoted me. This young generation who works there definitely needs to do a better job or get trained better. I definitely don’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

I am lucky to have a Walgreens local to me. Staff is patient, willing to listen, and Marty (male employee) is great!

I'm sitting here right now, waiting for the to fill a prescription they already said was ready when I called early this morning.
I'm on a 30min. lunchbreak from work, and they like it's a joke or that I have 2 hours to kill.
They've so consistently messed up the refill dates on medication being sent over from my doctor, that my insurance doesn't cover my medication on the accurate pickup days. Incompetent pharmacists that're apparently incapable of following through for their customers.

I don’t understand why the staff is always looking angry I understand they’re overworked but you work with the Public smile be nice. Say thank you. You’re welcome. Excuse me just don’t be so rude and cold. I don’t need a kiss just to smile and thank you, sir. I do take names down that I see under name tags, but I won’t mention them now hopefully things will change. They will read these reviews. Thank you.

If I could rate this horrible pharmacy with zero stars I would. I swear whoever is in charge of hiring the staff is just as incompetent because it seems like every employee is incapable of doing the job. Yet, they have the nerve to give the customers an attitude when we have to explain to them what they’re doing wrong. At this point, we have to constantly inform our insurance/or doctors to reach out to them so that they can actually do their damn job and this has been an ongoing issue.

They continually make promises that they cannot keep. My sister was driving in from downers Grove to pick up an order that they promised to have at the front desk she drives in from downers Grove to find out that they have no idea what she’s talking about there is no order sitting behind the counter like she was informed. If it was the first time I would ignore her but this happens constantly constantly all the time Walgreens is definitely going down the tubes were finding other stores much more reliable sorry Walgreens you have failed miserably

Pharmacy said it's opened until 10pm. I got there at like 9ish. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no help. No one was at the register. So I beeped my horn and the short hair lady came by rolling her eyes and had an attitude. All I was doing was picking up my medicine. I told her to have a nice night and she said uh huh and walked away.
Only reason why I deal with this Walgreens is because it's close to my house.

Been going there to drop off my boyfreinds prescriptions for at least 2 years now thru drive thru. And he picks them up later for himself. Today the tech asked me for ID JUST TO drop off the prescription. I left my wallet at home,so I showed her a copy of one I have in the glove box, she wouldn't accept it and denied me to leave script there, I explained to her he would pick up and show ID ,very snobby attitude,this is the exact reason I don't fill my prescriptions here because it's just a hassle with walgreens, will be switching my boy freinds scripts over to Jewels with mine because of this issue.
