I am writing in regards to one of your current employees in the Walgreens location on Belmont and Milwaukee. I have been coming to this certain Walgreens for over 10 years and have never had an issue like I did today. An employee was training and was ringing up my items and when it was time for me to pay a message popped up on her screen stating "amount exceeded " or something on the lines of that. The worker supervising the trainee stated a message rarely pops up like that and they called a manager over. The manager did not have a good attitude and stated my card was declined, I did inform her I had money in my card so maybe it was an issue in their system because the original message did not say declined, it said "amount exceeded", and I asked her if she could ring me up in another register, she is so lazy and didn't want to do so then I proceeded to ask if she could ring up all the items again. She stated the trainee could ring the items again but it would be a waste of time because it was going to decline again, then she asked if I could use another card because I was holding up the line and I told her no because my card has money then she stormed off. The trainee rang up my items again and the transaction was successful. The managers name is Ariana, and I do hope she receives disciplinary action. I am a nurse at St.Joseph's and came to buy my disabled dog food and treats after working a 12 hour shift. The last thing I needed was to basically be called poor in front of people and seem like it was my fault holding up the line when it was the system. Everyone and everything else is great but her. Even the trainee did a better job.

This is a good location to those who say it's not I'm sorry you feel that way. I went in this morning to get some items before I headed to church and do a return and the manager on duty was so nice, she walked with me while I grabbed my things and checked in the back for some items that were on sale. I've never seen her there before I don't know if she's new because I am a regular but she's a good one.

Very bad experience, i was inside doing nothing i wasn't stealing, i wasn't being loud, i wasn't bothering anyone, and this LADY charges at me and starts yelling at me saying "if your not going to buy anything leave" and kicked us out. One time i went to the register to go buy something and this lady (the same one) seemed aggravated and was aggressively scanning my products without a care in the world. Walgreens was such a peaceful and wonderful place to hangout and purchase items, especially for the kids at Lorca Elementary, across the street. The workers were so nice and caring to their customers, but now this lady has ruined the whole Walgreens community with how rude and aggressive she's being. Her aggressive and hostile behavior is driving customers away and the majority of those customers are Lorca kids. She follows us kids around everytime we enter.

I dropped off 2 pre labeled overnight packages at this location on 1/10/2023 for overnight deliveries. Both were late Christmas gifts to my mother and best friend. I handed both packages to the assistant manager at the photo center who checked both in and sent me a receipt via text. The next day my mother's package was delivered. My best friends package is nowhere to be found. The FedEx website states that the label was created but the package was not received by FedEx. I called this Walgreens who handles the FedEx drop off on 1/12/23 and I spoke to the assistant manager on duty, who denied any responsibility for the package even though it was in Walgreen's possession. When I asked her to check the security cameras for me dropping off the packages, she allegedly saw the FedEx employee take the package in the security footage. When I asked to see the footage, she said I had to file a police report. I filed a police report but I expect nothing to come from that. Be ware of anyone dropping off packages here. I've never had any issues with FedEx delivering my packages. Somehow I trust Walgreens to be the middle person, and my package mysteriously disappears.

Horrible Nightmare.I usually go to Costco to get my prescriptions filled. Their prices are alot cheaper. Walgreens is about three times higher, and with an attitude. I called today to see if my prescription was ready. I was on hold for 35 minutes. So I go in the store, and the Pharmacist, or Tech, took for ever. And had a bad attitude, no apology, just rude. He throws my prescription to the clerk,no explanation of the medication, just an attitude. He was a young Indian man, and that has nothing to do with it. It was how it was handled. This is another reason why I don't go to Walgreens for prescriptions anymore. They treat their customers, like they are doing you a big favor, by filling your prescription.

From my personal experience I can tell you that Mrs. HAMMOND LISA is one of the best binary options/forex managers I have met in a while. I had lost over $3000 on the advice of managers who have little to no experience. Today I remain grateful to Mrs HAMMOND LISA for coming through for me during my early days of trials and errors.

Walgreens pharmacy messaged me and asked if I want them to call my doctor to ask for a refill. I was oh that's cool. I saw my prescription was ready so I went to pick it up. I normally get a 3 month supply but I only got one. The pharm tech said this is what your doctor sent, I'm like okay I guess so I need to ask you guys to notify them every month cause it's like a monthly perscprition I have been taking her response again was " this is what your doctor ordered" then I noticed it isn't even what I normally take so I was like do you know why it's different like how is that a refill. Again like a robot she just yelled louder "this is what your doctor ordered" literally anything I asked she just kept repeating it in a rude almost shouting tone. I found it really disrespectful and confused like was she not trained to explain to me like maybe old medicine was discontinued or something. Then she started arguing with me. And it's like I just wanted confirmation that this medicine is the same thing like maybe a different brand of something but again she just kept saying this is why your doctor ordered. Now it's weekend and I need to take it Sunday and idk if I feel comfortable. My husband works at a pharmacy and even he was confused why she felt it was okay to argue with me and how was she trained that she couldn't answer any of my simple questions. I have been taking this for 2 years if I had known it be this much of an issue I would have contacted my doctor myself and now it's the weekend and nothing I can do.

Rude service! Tall balding man had an attitude at the register. I had asked a question and his response was sarcastic and rude.

Pharmacy people are rude and not well-inclined for a real customer service, not maybe all of them but some workers like VICKY and MEGAN. Trying to talk to them decently over the phone regarding prescription but they were seems to be on arguing behavior and contradicting you if things are not on their way. They can not explain well how the customer would understand things as they may assume that customers know their system. They should listen to the customers needs and problems and suggest things how to solve it by not giving a hard time. I think this are the same people who used to worked at Diversey-Pulaski location that's been shut down, which we had the same bad experienced a lot of times on our prescription. Too bad for Walgreens having this kind of workers to deal with and represent their company.
